This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of a downtown hotel. It is in a very quiet location so you do not hear the constant traffic you would get elsewhere.
The rooms and rest of the hotel are clean and in good repair. Water pressure in the shower was very strong with lots of hot water.
We really appreciated the modern decor of our room.
My favourite spot was outside on the restaurant deck overlooking the fish pond. For ฿10, you can get a container of fish food and feed the fish. The sound of the waterfalls, the birds singing and the shade from the trees made this a local paradise.
The bed was comfortable and they had a modern TV, but we never watched it. The WiFi was strong throughout the hotel.
There were restaurants close by and even a couple of night clubs within walking distance. We even found a great massage place about a five minutes walk. There is a huge city park five minutes walk away with separate walking and biking lanes. The walking path is rubberized to make it easier for joggers. Beautiful trees in the park.
There is a restaurant that supples breakfast in the morning. Their signature breakfast was very tasty.
The only drawback was the distance from the central business district. If you want to shop and be with the night life, it is about ฿100 to get downtown by tuk tuk.

If you have to visit Udon Thani, I recommend to stay here. There was a worthily price hotel with serviced mind staffs. Clean room, nice surrounded atmosphere and tasty breakfast will make you impress :) There are also having parking lots, but quite difficult to reach here if you don't have any vehicle.

Nice hotel combination with a nice breakfast. The only thing you should know is a bit hard to get or find the hotel. You should go into the very small alley where it too scary for the big car!! The room were great and there are many type of rooms for you.

Before checking in, we requested late check out on the last day. The front desk confirmed it. On the day of checking out staff said they will charge for each hour that we stay later than normal checking hour. This type of dishonestly is appalling. Stay away from this hotel.

Spacious and clean room. Good decoration and well architecture. Breakfast was fair if compare with the price paid. Staff on arrival were warm welcome and friendly. They are always greeting with smile. Checked out was terrible because I have to wait quite so long time almost 15 minutes even we did't have any extra bill. I understood that she has to checked out previous guest but she should look another guest and acknowledge that another guest is waiting for her.

Friendly staff with the full service facilities even the hotel is small
Recommendation for the improvements is the WiFi speed, breakfast box in the early morning before the restaurant is open at 5-6 am and the water pressure is quite soft for the shower
The breakfast is quite small but full set of both Thai and American breakfast
Very quiet place even in the city center
Will definitely come back and recommend others

A new hotel with good design. Strong points are their comfortable bed and good breakfast. But they seem to have some problem with the management. We checked in and there was no toilet paper, we had to call the front desk to have to sent up. One main ceiling light in the room didn’t work, so we called the front desk, they sent someone to fix. There were so many mosquitoes in the room, we called the front desk, they sent someone to spray the mosquito spray. Great thing is they tried to fix any problem promptly, but these small things wouldn’t be a problem at all if they had better management of maid and maintenance team.

Spent 2 nights here, the location is near Nong Prajak lake. Not too far to walk for a pic with yellow ducks. The room is clean, the bed is comfy and breakfast is nice. Hotel is decorated in industrial style which looks really cool.

The hotel is near Nong-Prajak. the place is new and well-designed. although the place is not far but it is a bit difficult to find, especially during the night. the breakfast is nice and wifi signal is good.

Now i staying at room no.403 I has booked pass booking.com website but the room is bad condition No cool. Now it cool season in thailand but i think outside have cool better inside the room i call the staff looking the room just change the temperature down. Thank you for your service.... and them said now dont have technician... thank you for you good answer.... now my child can not sleep ....thank you for professional staff..
