My friends and I stayed at the Twin Palms for a few days before a work conference. This is my second time at the Twin Palms, I stayed here for my honeymoon many years ago and the experience was amazing both times. The rooms are stunning and the resort is very well laid out. The pool is tranquil and there is a level of calmness. The beach is a short stroll across the beach and there are some lovely little eateries there for a quick lunch. The staff like all the Thai people are all a pleasure and could not have done more to make our stay memorable. Sadly Surin is a victim of Covid and there is not much there to do but if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place

Overall a good stay, we stayed in the Penthouse with the private pool which was used a lot! The floating breakfast we ordered should have had tea on it not just coffee. The room itself is amazing, although the TV itself needs to have the capability to stream Netflix. There are some food places in the vicinity but you do have to drive a fair distance. The views aren’t great for a hotel like this truth be told. Our host Yah was very good and checked in with us regularly to make sure all is well. The front of staff were always pleasant and made sure to andwer my question about whether the FA Cup final is on TV which i am glad to say was! Overall a good stay but could improve on bringing the room to a more modern feel, (DVD players?). Room was cleaned every day. Also, need handwashes at every sink! Had to buy my own from the 7-Eleven next door!

Everything about Twinpalms is amazing. We stayed in a Penthouse and it was just breathtaking, we spent so much time in the rooftop pool enjoying the views and privacy. The resort itself is kept pristine, all of the staff are kind, friendly and professional - nothing is too much bother for them. You really feel that they care for what they are doing. We very much enjoyed a day trip on the Olympia that was included with our booking. A beautiful motor yacht again with wonderful crew. A special thanks to Bank, our Butler who made this experience one we will remember and took care of everything for us. We would not hesitate to book again.

We had an amazing stay in a stunning Penthouse with its own pool and amazing views. Stunning hotel just metres away from the beach with lovely staff especially Pisit who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. We also visited the amazing SPA which was exceptional and the treatments were excellent. We will be back!!

We only stayed one night as we were on transit. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms really nice and special, I could say stunning! The place had a magic touch as soon as we arrived. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and very quick for room service as we were too exhausted from travel to go to the restaurant. The only downside is the beach is on the other side of the hotel, so you cross the road and a field to get to the beach. Other than that, it was a nice lovely place. I would recommend the place to guests. It is also family friendly and lots of families were visiting and getting by easily.

I stayed in TwinPalms in Phuket, Thailand and had an amazing experience. We stayed in the presidential suite and Bank the butler was absolutely AMAZING. She scheduled excursions, COVID test, Motorbike rentals, and was very responsive for an AMAZING experience. The hotel was definitely great, the buffet breakfast was really good and the overall service was great. But it was Bank who made the experience EXCEPTIONAL! Request Bank as your butler abs you will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for a week at the end of April and had such a wonderful stay. All staff were so kind and accommodating. On arrival, whilst awaiting our PCR result, we were given room service, and although we missed the breakfast they still honoured this for us. Which they didn’t need to do. Breakfast every morning never disappointed. So much variety for everyone. I had something different every day. The pool was lush. I’ve seen some negative comments about not being enough sun loungers. But there were plenty. We always got one. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I loved lounging by our own swim up pool too. We used the spa at the hotel and had massages and for the price as well I highly recommend you get the traditional Thai massage! My back feels so much better. I’ve also read some negative resviews about the shuttle. The shuttle bus always ran to time with us. We went to shimmer restaurant and also catch beach club on different days and both did not disappoint. Shimmer was lovely to watch the sunset. There were comments about the beach being far and walking through a field. It’s literally a path in front of the hotel. You can’t get more convenient than that! I also recommend 2 restaurants to try. Nalu on the left when you come out. Or Surin beach cafe 2 min walk if you go right outside hotel and try their smoothie! And the meals in there are so cheap and yummy! There is a 7/11 on the left and round the corner on the left, 5 minute walk to local shop. If you book more than 5 days the hotel offered a complimentary yacht trip that takes you to a beach where you can snorkel. The sea is so clear! We ordered food and drink on the yacht and the portions were great and food was delicious. The hotel offer room service, they organised taxis for us and trips as well. Such a lovely stay, I’m already looking at coming back later this year!

We have been traveling to Phuket for the past 12 years and have particularly loved the Surin Beach area. The Twinpalms hotel is the best in my opinion for my taste - top notch quality and classy, beautiful tropical ambiance, peaceful (not a whole bunch of kids running around), great food, outstanding service from its staff and management…they really make you feel at home. We just had our first visit to Phuket in 2 years (following the pandemic) and stayed at the Twinpalms Phuket…we could not have been treated better. As an example, my wife got sick on the last day of our vacation and the attention that we received from everyone there was just amazing - they have the human touch and we’re genuinely concerned for her well being. I highly recommend the Twinpalms if you like a beautiful tropical and classy ambiance. It is the best! I want to recognize a couple of people that are super attentive to their customers - Khun Bass (Food and Beverage Manager) and Khun Eak (Room Services Manager)…but everyone there was fantastic.
