We stayed in Twinpalms Phuket for 2 night. But this is my 3rd times visit. Very warm welcome by front desk along with choice of alcohol and non alcohol welcome drinks . The room was so spacious, cleaned and special turn down service. The reason that’s I give 4 out of 5 was the breakfast and lunch. Twinpalms is part of SLH small luxury hotel but I think The Marriott or another SLH such as Keemala can do better for Breakfast. We order scrambled egg but not so much taste and plain did chef tasted before serve ?? Buffet area is so and so not well display But the service side was great ! For lunch we had by the pool food took 30 minutes as the staff mention that’s was fine but but we just knew that when we ask for the bill, beverage bill from the hotel and bill for the food from Palm Seaside ( so this the reason why your food mostly is Thai not so much choice of western and food already got too warm. Maybe because of this covid crisis make your food and beverage side is down.

So many good things we can say about Twin Palms! We stayed here shortly before the Christmas holiday, using their Free Stay offer. As the name implies, we stayed at the resort for free, but instead paid for a food and beverage credit, approx. 6000 THB each night (3000 THB per guest). We got well beyond our money’s worth staying for 3 nights and highly recommend this offer if available when booking. First, we were greeted warmly with a champagne welcome drink and fresh towelettes for our hands. After a seamless check-in, we headed over to our rooms and our bags were sent over for us within minutes. We had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful gentleman named Pisit for the duration of our trip. He was great... truly amazing! Upon arriving to our room, the Palm Deluxe, which was perfectly suitable, we decided we wanted to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. I notified Pisit personally and within 10 minutes, we received a very nice upgrade to the Lagoon Deluxe. This room was not only larger, with a bathtub and direct pool access... but also given to us at 50% of the upgrade price. Great deal! Later that evening, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at Wagyu Steak House, located on the property. The staff and manger there were equally as helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the beef cuts and wine selection/pairings and provided a high quality dining experience. The next day, we headed over to Catch Beach Club, one of 5 dining options for hotel guests, for a another quality dining experience. We ate from the Sunday Brunch menu which had a plethora of options to suit any palette. Our personal favorite were the deliciously fresh oysters! The views were also enjoyable here, as the restaurant is located right on Bangtao Beach. After brunch, we headed back to the resort to prepare for an adventure at Surin Beach... literally across the street from the hotel, 5 min walk MAX. Reception provided us with beach towels and umbrellas with no issue. Later that evening, we attended dinner at Palm Seaside, which offers Thai cuisine. The food here was really good and the views were scenic as well. Honestly, it was our least favorite of the restaurant options but definitely worth trying! The following day, we checked out the breakfast over at Oriental Spoon, also located on the property. The menu here was a little less extensive than other places but still a quality breakfast option if you’re starving when you wake up and don’t want to think about where to go. Fresh, made-to-order eggs/omelettes were my personal favorite. We spent most of our time at the beautiful, adjacent Surin Beach. But we did return back to Catch Beach Club for a sunset dinner... and more oysters! :) This time, we were able to order from their normal a la carte menu - which was also delicious! The next day, we checked out of the Twin Palms, which was also seamless and after a eating and drinking every baht of our F&B credit, literally every satong...we only paid an additional 3000 THB for additional items we consumed from the mini-bar. Well worth it though! We truly had an amazing experience during our stay at Twin Palms Resort. It is a hidden gem in Surin Beach! Again, Pisit was a phenomenal member of the TP team, arranging all dinner reservations and hotel accommodations on our behalf, arranging shuttle pickup and drop off to the offsite restaurants and truly tending to our every need. As he would say...”If you’re happy, I’m happy!” I highly recommend anyone visiting at TP Resort to utilize his services as you will not be disappointed!

The resort has a very nice guest welcoming experience by offering the selections of pillow types and the bath amenity scents. However, the garden and public area condition holds the impression back. The guestroom is neat and tidy. Anyhow we found out that the TV remote control in the bedroom was not functioning well. It should be checked through before the guest arrival. Besides I stepped on the nail on the rooftop floor but luckily that I had managed to pull my foot out before it cut my foot. The engineering team should be more careful on this. We went to the Wagyw restaurant in the evening and were very impressed with the service and the food knowledge of the staffs. Khun Khem was very informative and friendly. However, we contacted the Front Office in the morning to make the payment of the dinner with the government campaign coupon, but the Front Office staff and Khun Aek -(we found out later that he is Room Division Manager) informed us that they could not do anything for us as it should have been done by the Wagyw restaurant only. They did not offer any help or solution at all. That made us feel very unsatisfied especially when the manager was there but looked at us in the way of looking down and did not respect at all (he did "wai" but with the poker face without smile). Later I phoned to the resort and informed Front Office staff who picked up our phone and replied with helpful mind regarding the above problems that we had. She asked for my phone number and not long time later she came back with the solution of the billing. Sorry that I did not remember the nice lady's name but we really appreciate her service mind. I would say she did recover the situation while the RDM had made it worse. Overall we love the restaurant service and quality. But there is still some room for improvement for other departments.

My first time dates back to 2007 and since then I keep coming whenever we visit Phuket. I don't remember any major issue. Unfortunately the beach is within walking distance but the staff and the food make up for it. A big thank you to khun Eik and Grace. You'll feel much more comfortable here at Twinpalms Surin beach than at MontAzure kamala beach, beware of the thief there who cleans your room. One more thing beds here are normal size, not like MontAzure where they are smaller than queen size.

We stayed here on a recommendation - it is the most amazing hotel - quite large with plenty of things to do within the hotel or local area. The pool is v friendly with a lazy river and kids pool. The hotel room was enormous, we had a suite with its own pool on the top floor (infinity) and a 2 story duplex. Service was amazing, food was excellent. Would highly recommend
