A perfect place to stay. Staff were hospitable and helpful. Clean and luxurious. I stayed there by myself for 3 days, every day I was greeted by everyone and they all remembered my name and preferences. Room service was great as well.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Our 3 adult children stayed next door in the Manathai to save us money - lol It is a lovely hotel staff are really nice. It’s in a great location if you want to see the sights of Phuket which I think in the two weeks we pretty much did it all. Pool is definitely the high light it’s beautiful and well maintained. Rooms lovely worth having a lagoon pool room with the pool right up to your bedroom, they change the bed every day which is a real luxury and leave you plenty of water. The sun beds are uncomfortable but there are loads of them. (Hence my 4 stars) Breakfast is good lovely choice. We didn’t use the Catch beach club as we would have had to pay extra to take kids in although we did eat there first night and the food was really good. Gym was fabulous well equipped. All in all a good hotel and we had an amazing 2 weeks in Thailand. Thank you x

This hotel is stunning. The service is amazing and they will bend over backwards to help you. I left may passport in my last hotel and they located it for me and returned it to be promptly. The room was utterly stunning and luxurious. It made you feel very decadent and spoilt. I had a suite and I could not have asked for more. If I had to pick one improvement it would be the restaurant food. It was a little bland and dry at times. Not what you would expect from such a beautiful hotel. But as you are out and about there is a lot of selection around them. The beach opposite is a little dirty, but if you go to the hotel's exclusive Beach Club called the Catch which is owned by the hotel it is stunning white sand, amazing food (better than the hotel food) wonderful surrounding and terrific trendy music. This is the place to be in Surin Beach.

First time for me visiting the Twinpalms Phuket and honestly it will be my last time. yes, it is main season here right now, but still the hotel is overpriced for the standard they are offering. It is supposed to be a 5 star hotel with max. 3 star service. I have never seen a 5 star hotel in which you have to pay for tooth brush or shaving kit. everything what is in the room has a price tag. I am very surprised that you don't have to pay for using the TV. The rooms are clean, no doubt. Also the cleaning service comes whenever they like to. Sometimes at 10am, sometimes they haven't been there before 4pm. Very strange!! Rooms are ok, nothing good anymore. You can see that the hotel is a little older and they haven't remodeled in a long time. Also no flair or love in the decoration. Another funny fact is that you get towel cards when u check in. to be able to get a towel at the pool, you have to give them your card. when you return the towel, you get the card back. at the pool chairs or beds you don't have any service. you have to walk yourself to get a drink or food. Somehow no one ever comes to ask you if you need anything. The hotel also doesn't offer a hotel bar to get a drink at night at the pool or so. As I said, for the price you pay here in Thailand ( more than $300/night) , worst 5 star hotel I ever stayed in
