Extremely friendly staff. They welcomed us at the pier and they quickly took us to the boat for the 30 minute trip. At the resort, we were welcomed by the staff with a juice drink and then we were directed at our cottage. Rooms were very good, clean and spacious. Hot water didn't work properly on the first nice but... More

The service is rude and unfriendly. The beach in front of the hotel is ok but the price to rent a beach chair is 4x more than the rest of the island. Drinks are also overpriced. There is not a very friendly vibe. We left as soon as we could.

Five star resort. We stayed with our two teenaged boys and we found Moonban Talay to be a secret Paradise. On arrival we were welcomed with drinks and cold towels. We booked a normal and a superior bungalow and were up graded to two superior bungalows. These are comfortable bungalows set in a beautiful gardens beneath magnificent trees. Everywhere there... On arrival we were greeted by staff members to take our cases and were given a refreshing drink whilst we confirmed our booking with the staff. All staff were really pleasant making you feel welcome and excited to be there. The huts are lovely but if you're someone who doesn't like bugs etc maybe this isn't for you as the... More

This resort has been a favorite place of mine to visit when I need some real relaxation. I go here to do nothing, but to just chill and read by the pool, listening to the sea waves and stare at the sky. If you are looking for more exciting things, don't stay here. There are a lot of nature factor... More

It is the worst hotel exprience I ever had. The rooms were run down. Rats and lizard running around especially they like the roof of the rooms. It is really far away from the center. The sea has lots of sea urchins. I actually stepped on one of them... So if you want to relax and enjoy your stay in... More

It's a nice family resort. Small pool with bar. Pet and kids friendly. Bungalow style resort, they started renovating some bungalows since last year. About 25mins walk to the main pier. Friendly staff and great food at their restaurant. We walked 25mins to rent a golf cart to go around the island.

Having a fantastic stay . beautiful trees flowers. Tasty food friendly staff. I could hear frogs and geko and beautiful bird song sometimes which I loved. Soft white sand. Very quiet at time of visit. About a 15min moped ride to the town but cheap to hire 300b per day. I got 1 day free! I also got a free... More
