Excellent price quality experience. Friendly efficient helpful staff. Rooms are wide, newly renovated with balcony. 6th or 7th floor have the best rooms. Housekeeping is friendly and clean the rooms efficiently. Enough drinking water every day. Air condition is clean and new, meaning regulation of temperature easy and variable.

Bed had 4 big pillows and we got an excellent nights sleep. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower not so hot. Air con remote did not work but a call to reception and it was quickly fixed. Breakfast was your normal buffet options, but very nice spacious and light area. Location is near town, central plaza, highway, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay would recommend.

Everything is clean and tidy. I think the place was renovated. The staff is very nice. They service us with everything. In the morning when there were too many people in the restaurant, they manage the queue systematically and when they let us in, they made sure that there was enough food for us to start. Location is very good too. It was in the middle of department store and restaurants.

The Tamarind offers excellent value. Spacious rooms, good bathroom with all the facilities that you expect. Efficient check in and out in the impressive lobby. Excellent breakfast and all at a very reasonable rate.

Three night business stay - comfortable room, efficient AC, good wireless connectivity and very little to fault. Also a very Thai feel to the place (rather than the bland international styling found in most of the chain hotels) which gave a nice quirky feel to the stay. Recommended

We enjoyed our 1 night stay in this hotel in Rayong, spacious room, huge and comfortable bed, rather useless small balcony. Good breakfast buffet, excellent price performance. There are a couple of OK restaurants within 500 meters walking available.

This hotel located near many shopping mall ,easy to entrance,not too expensive,have a car park,the staff can communicated , english speaking ok. good service but breakfast is not my type. clean standard size room with fluffy bed....i love it.

Nice hotel with big parking, the breakfast was ok but if you want to eat in the evening you have go to some other restaurang, with only four people in the restaurang we have to wait 40 minutes for thaifood and they still forgot the rice. The staff was friendly and happy and speek good english. The hotel is far from the beach so if you want to swim and dont have a car you dont book a hotel in the city. In my case the location is perfekt, near to everything. I rekomend this hotel for guests with car and for sleeping. I come back again

I was at the hotel for four days for a business trip. It is in the city and not within walking distance of the beach. Very friendly staff. Hotel and rooms very clean. Good breakfast buffet and great coffee machine. Nice large workout room. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.
