We finished our holiday by staying here for a few days. The resort is just outside Nai Harn along a hilly bendy road but has a shuttle every couple of hours. The restaurant has good food and serves the breakfast too. The local beach, Au Sane, is very pretty and is great for snorkeling straight from the beach, accessed from the resort. The rooms are spacious and the bed was huge and once again the staff were very friendly. A great place to end our holiday.

I spent a fair amount of time researching viable choices for a 25th anniversary and came up with this because of its natural beauty, due in large part to its isolation, and proximity to the beach. And for those aspects, I’d give it five stars. The hotel has its own beach and smaller second one that is for the ones who truly want privacy. The grounds are shady and spacious. However, there are a few issues. The older rooms are adequate. Three stars. The new ones - much pricier - look extraordinary from the outside. The food at the restaurant is not good. One star. That includes the breakfast (I recommend bringing your own coffee).

We stayed in one of the newer suites with the sea view. Good sized suite with a large balcony and in good room amenities. I did think being charged for ice was a bit much but apart from that it was a lovely place to stay. The restaurant area was a little tired and could do with a refurb and the sea side bar loungers were in bad condition however they were in the process of replacing them. Fantastic location made up for the shortfalls.

If you like secluded place, this is the hotel. They have great private beach. If you have to use internet, do not book here. Each room have only two devices that can connect to wifi. So I wasn’t able to connect my iPad, laptop and my phone at the same time. Of course my wife can’t connect to wifi at all if I have my two devices connected. Also, if you book from booking.com, please make sure that your breakfast is included. We booked the room with breakfast but at the reception, we are told it’s not included. It’s only 200Bht per person per day so it’s not so bad to pay on arrival too but we think it is misleading on the booking.com Also, if you are Asian, be ready. They will call you Chinese and tell you that they do not understand your English even tho I do not have heavy accent at all. (I went international school, not even Chinese by blood) If I recorded the conversation, I can totally sue him for racial profiling. I’ve never felt so discriminated being Asian. I have two more days here, let’s see what else they call me. 秘境の雰囲気を味わいたい方はこちらへ。ただ、仕事などでインターネットが必要な方はやめて置いた方がよいです。

Gated private security, restaurant (stays open late), 2 bars, private beach (with bar - closes at 6pm). Nice pool. Fantastic rooms. Great for families, or a romantic getaway. They have massage therapists onsite (ask for JoJo), scooter rentals onsite (350 Baht - 24 hours). Only 2 knocks are that the facilities are a bit dated and need some touching up (umbrellas around the resort are shredded, ceiling in room has small hole) and you cannot flush ANY paper products of any kind. You must dispose of this waste in the trash cans. We brought plenty of ziplock/sandwich bags to control this. With all of that - I would stay here again in a heart beat!!
