I have just completed a one month stay at Amity Wellness which was absolutely blissful. Offering a few different options in terms of cleansing, this oasis offers a true detox experience which could include healthy eating programs and fitness opportunities to enhance your experience. The staff at Amity Wellness have a unique way of making each and every guest feel as though they are at home. This was not my first time at Amity Wellness nor was it my second or third visit. In fact I have been a regular at Amity for a few years now but this was by far my best stay ever. The service is undoubtedly impeccable year after year and the opportunity to remain in a healthy mindset is top notch. If you are looking for a place to escape, recharge, reset or simply relax, AMITY WELLNESS should be at the top of your list. The daily massages and infrared sauna sessions are a couple of my favorites. Highly recommended!

It's a great resort with good quality service, accommodation and an amazing place to Detox your body and mind. We stayed here for 8 days and the people were very caring making sure we are comfortable and all our needs are taken care. The colonic treatments were very clean with good food menu for juice and raw food diet. I want to thank Palida,Yui and Nikko and others for their whole hearted effort to make this trip a memorable experience. Surely we want come back here again and make sure this lifestyle change that we have jumpstarted remains with us forever. I thank the whole Amity team for their superb 5 star service!!

I am SO glad I chose Amity Wellness to experience / learn about fasting and cleansing! At all times I felt I was in a safe, supportive space. All the staff were just lovely (& knowledgeable), other guests were always gracious and respectful. There was always something to do with guest speakers, day trips and spa services I really didn't have the time to focus on food. It really was so good to give my body the time, space, supportive foods and nurturing it deserves. I also found the supporting clinicians a huge bonus, I managed to shift my mindset on a few issues as well.....mind, body and soul support! I did manage to squeeze in a few external day trips to the big Buddah and Elephant retirement park, beautiful experiences and more beautiful memories.

I consider myself to be a sort detox connoisseur. I've been going to Thailand for about 13 years exclusively to train Muay Thai and detox. I have been a guest at Amity before but this was my first trip back since COVID-19 became a part of the global landscape. There were a lot of changes, a new location and some new staff were among the most obvious. What didn't change was the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Amity. The whole process of meeting the entry requirements to travel to Phuket can be a bit daunting, however, the staff at Amity helped to make this process rather easy, which was most appreciated.
The resort is small but it doesn't feel cramped even with a full guest compliment. The rooms are simply decorated, but still stylish with just the right amount furnishings. The bed was very comfortable which I especially appreciated and the bathroom was huge. The WIFI was outstanding. I had no issues streaming and video calling family and friends. The only negative I would point out about the rooms is I wished there were more outlets particularly in the bathroom.
The staff was of particular delight for me. Every member of the staff was always pleasant and cheerful. I can tell they genuinely care about the guests and delight in what they do. From the night security officer to the cleaning staff and even the delivery folks, they were always warm and pleasant. I was so pleased and impressed, I did something I've never done before, I left a tip just for the support staff. Now that I think about it, I should've done it sooner, but this last trip there service really stood out to me. I also want to mention the kitchen staff. All I can say is WOW!! They do an amazing job with the food, smoothies and drinks. The meals are absolutely delicious and they are very accommodating to any requests (e.g. more of this, less of that).
I was feeling quite run-down when I arrived at Amity last month and within two weeks I felt a complete turnaround. If you're in need of rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and an all-around wonderful healthy holiday experience, then Amity is the place to visit.

This is my third visit to Amity and Michelle, Palida and the whole Amity team were just amazing. I always feel so nurtured and taken care of there. They give you the space and support to cleanse in such a kind and caring environment. The facilities and programs are the best I have experienced and the teams knowledge on fasting, detox and all things health related always surpass expectations. I equally found the whole process to get into Thailand (from the UK) really easy and clear. Phuket airport was run like a well oiled machine with no delays. I was off the plane and in the car within 45 minutes so don't let the fear of the process stop you, Thailand is very happy to be welcoming tourists back. I cannot wait to get back their later this year.

It is not my first visit, wont be the last one either. Coming here is the biggest gift I can give myself to pause, reset and recharge. I have visited quite a few detox resorts over the years none have ever matched this incredibly perfect mix of highly rigorous professional individualized approach and this warm kind fun relaxed vibe. I have really seen the amazing staff bend over backwards to make people happy with genuine concern to do the absolute best they can. The raw food is a treat even to those who worry they ll end up chewing raw carrots all day. You will be surprised and excited. This is a place which also listens to feedback and has been constantly improving over the years (and boy did i ever think it was impossible to do better, but they do). Very very grateful

First time for me to do a cleanse/detox and so happy I went with Amity. The size makes for a more personal experience and a great place to just unwind.
I did the intermittent fasting. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful - thank you especially to Kirstin and Nico as well as the kitchen staff for always whipping up interesting meals and presenting them so beautifully.
Excellent educational talks, daily exercise and meditation by outside professionals.

I have completed a second trip here at with Amity. I stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed 6 full days on the raw food Candida plan.
The facility has moved now to a new location, still in Rawai and just as peaceful and as homely as before.
The accommodation is first class and kept immaculately clean the rooms are very comfortable with excellent air conditioning and very good mattresses.
When you arrive here you will be greeted by Palida or who manages the retreat, anyone who has met Palida will tell you she is an amazing kind woman who makes you feel at home instantly. This is to be said not just for here but also the whole team. I think this is the key here how friendly and warm and spiritual the staff are they make everyone feel like part of there family.
The treatment here is again first class there are a number of different packages and the combined knowledge of all the consultants is very high, your well-being is well cared for, these people are experts. Bee the head chief and her assistant Oum are wonderful cooks so if you plan to have food on your cleanse then you will be in for a treat. The kitchen is fully vegan, I had three raw vegan meals a day and whole heartedly enjoyed every mouthful. The massage team is excellent very highly trained and experienced, I had a pain in my foot from walking at the back of my heel and it was repaired by the masseuse which I was amazed with.
Day to day activities are cared for by Nam who again is lovely but don’t be late or she will attack you with her desk ruler ! ‘just joking’ Along with all the treatments and Activities there is also a whole Rosta of holistic professionals available to to help with a wide range of subjects. I was lucky enough to meet Marco and Hayden who were at the retreat giving mindset and life skills workshops which I found very interesting and I learnt a lot from. There is wealth of knowledges available to tap into with these treatment/workshops and I wished I had more time to listen to them,I’m pretty sure I’ll book privates next time I’m here.
As well as the team it’s been a lovely mix of guests staying here in I have enjoyed connecting with all of them.
All in all I had a truly lovely rest and left feeling lifted in spirit and full of energy, I carnt wait to come again next year.

Amity is the place to be if you need a total body and mind reset. We initially planned to stay seven days and ended up extending for multiple reasons: incredible and highly knowledgeable team, personalised care and attention, excellent location and services offered. The entire programme is designed to make you feel the change happening. The brilliant accompaniment for all the new administrative requirements to enter Thailand, the ++++ safety and hygiene practices, the tailored activities, and the comfort level were the perfect combination. Without forgetting the kitchen team who prepares absolutely delicious raw recipes and teaches you how to get the magical ingredients to make the ideal raw meal. If you need a reset and are committed to trusting the process, Michelle, Rob, Palida and the entire team are the best people you can dream of for this fantastic experience. We are coming back later in the year!

This was my 5th visit to Amity and the best so far. Michelle and Pallida ensured my Raw food detox and programme was tailored around my training and schedule. The food was exquisite and expertly prepared by the nicest Chefs and staff in Thailand. Always smiling! The facilities are excellent, creating a fantastic intimacy and group dynamic, whilst allowing you to truly enjoy the entire detox and relaxing experience. I have used other detox retreats in Phuket and can attest that Amity is the Best and most user friendly. I was there for 9 days and dropped 7kgs and came back in the best shape physically and mentally. Ready to face and embrace the new year. I look forward to visiting next year!! Thanks guys xx
