I just returned from my 7th( or 8th??) Stay at Phuket Cleanse..that says it all. It just gets better and better! Warm.welcome by the staff, incredible tasty healthy beautifully presented food, artfully decorated rooms..comfy beds, daily laundry service. Massages ..and SO many wonderful diverse classes ..early morning hikes, hot yoga, strength training, HIIT, meditation, Muay Thai..it truly has it all. I love the community Meal table.A wonderful way to meet the guests. I shall return!

I’d always wanted to visit Phuket Cleanse & when I finally got myself there it exceed expectations! A retreat center is typically my type of thing (not my partners) but he came with me & he honestly loved it just as much if not more than I did. We loved it that much were going back again for the Christmas holidays. I’m a Pilates instructor & I have allot of knowledge in the wellness field & I can truly say the quality of the classes, the level of the knowledge given from the staff & the food were just fantastic! No matter your age, your ability or your desires this beautiful center is for you! It can be totally adapted to your needs & I confidently believe anyone would find it difficult not to have a great time here. What Stanton & Mel have created is a one of a kind ♥️

A 72 year old friend visited for the first time in January 2023. He left saying that he felt better than he had in 20 years. I wanted some of that. I’m 68 and overweight and am not particular flexible. In summary, the rooms/facilities are lovely. The vegan food (except that fish and seafood are available for those who want animal protein) is extraordinary. No dairy, gluten or added sugar. But each meal seduces the taste buds. This bread and sugar addict didn’t crave either in the 13 days I was there. I lost 5 KG and was never hungry. There are many programs each day. Exercise, breathing, yoga, swimming, strengthening, stretching, balance, Muay Thai, night-time relaxation programs, cooking/meal preparation classes and so much more. Demanding early-morning hikes and classes on gut health, importance of protein, understanding of hormone issues (separate for men and women). But there is no pressure to do any or all the classes. Everything is available and one chooses which if any classes to participate in. 3 massages a week are included as well as flotation tanks, red light therapy, saunas, steam-baths and my favourite - ice baths. Access (at additional, modest cost) to the best Physiotherapist I’ve ever consulted. It is possible to arrange one-on-one sessions with any of the specialists at an additional fee. But otherwise, everything -food, programs, educational classes, in-depth induction to asses each attendee’s objectives and challenges are all included in the (IMHO) modest daily cost. A kind of Club Med for health, relaxation and revitalization One question that could have been a deal breaker for me is COFFEE. Yes coffee is available and good! Most surprising to me was the fact that most people who were there (and they mostly ranged in age from 35 to 60) were repeat visitors. I went alone and was so blessed to connect with other attendees. I was the oldest, but our group included a 35 year-old Swiss German woman, a 37 year old Lebanese woman living in Dubai and 2 women in their late 50s from UK and Australia respectively. In the first week, and also in the last few days, there were other people of all ages and backgrounds with whom I was able to connect deeply. We all were so supportive of each other. I understand that this is mostly what happens. Without exception the leadership and each teacher/program leader is knowledgeable and supportive. Was there anything negative to try is experience for me. Perhaps the only disappointment is the fact that at 68 I was not able to do some of the classes. Is this a failing of Pucket Cleanse? I say no. Simply stated, one has to be realistic as to what each attendee is able to do. I’ve shared my experience with friends and plan to return regularly. All-in-all a magical 13 days. I feel sad to have left.…

I’m planning my third trips to Phuket Cleanse (within 3 months)! I would highly recommend to someone who is going there, be it with friend, partner or alone. A magical place. The perfect place for everyone who wants to find themselves and achieve their mental and physical goals. I arrived with no expectations, I only had my expectations of myself. Break out of my head and find my heart. Also get back in shape. The tools are made available to you through various exercises, be it sports such as yoga, muay thai, endurance and strength or mental exercises such as breathwork, meditation, hypnosis. Where to start with the fantastic Phuket Cleanse...! From the personalised WhatsApp group with key members of staff before you arrive and during your trip (which allow you to book things/ask questions/get help when you look yourself out your room! etc) through to the packed daily agenda and amazing food for every single meal, I can not recommend this place highly enough. I was very nervous about coming but every single member of staff took the time to make me feel welcome, get to know me and understand my goals, allowing me to make the most of my week's stay. I went all in and tried everything - from stuff I had done before (such as long hikes and strength and conditioning classes) through to things I never knew existed from breath work to ice baths. There is also Muay Thai boxing (both group and one on one sessions included), which I hadn't tried before but just couldn't get enough of What's clear is that Stanton and Mel are passionate about wellness and also ensuring a varied itinerary which brings you the best and latest thinking about all aspects of wellness. For maximum impact, they fill Phuket Cleanse with amazing and passionate instructors and staff who bring the full experience to life and have allowed me to walk away with life skills that will support me and ensure I continue to grow even when I am back at home. I can't write a review without mentioning the daily laundry and the included massages - these really take the place to another level! My personal favourite aspect, was also that you could walk into the kitchen and request smoothies or a protein shake or even a fresh coconut - what a treat. Whether you're a seasoned retreater or thinking about trying a health/detox retreat for the first time. Stop your search now! There is nowhere quite like Phuket Cleanse. This place is magical. The setting, the community, The hosts and practitioners (special shout-outs to Mel and Stanton- the masterminds behind Phuket Cleanse) and Tamara for all her excellent guidance with breathwork. The ever-changing daily activities on offer are brilliant. There is something for everyone. Not to mention the abundance of wholesome and delicious food, lovingly and masterfully prepared by the superstars in the kitchen. There are so many amazing facets to Phuket Cleanse, but a few, in particular, stood out: Activities There is something for everyone; you can dip in and dip out and do as little or as much as you want. Although Mel and Stanton will always encourage you to push a little harder. Some Cleansers are there to lose weight or improve fitness. Others for a deeper detox. Many are there to just reboot from the stresses of life. Every day the schedule will include activities such as Hot Yoga, Hiking, Muay Thai, HIIT, and Strength Training. The list goes on. And every evening, there is a different class after dinner, such as Sound Bowl Meditation or Energy Healing. There are also daily lectures on varying subjects such as longevity, supplementation, and nutrition. Not to mention the ice bath training! And the complimentary massages in your room to end your day. Breathwork My previous knowledge of breathwork stretched no further than listening to a Wim Hoff podcast. But the guys at Phuket Cleanse take this to the next level. You will have the opportunity to learn all sorts of breathwork techniques from SOMA to DMT to Bio Dynamic breathing. I find it quite hard to encapsulate the power of these classes. Some classes would be really involved – With Mel Tamara and the gang, taking you on unique guided breathwork journeys. Community This place is a cultural melting pot! You will meet people from all over the world. All on entirely different journeys. And it’s so wonderful to see people flourish, improve their health and well-being and meet their goals. Not to mention having heaps of fun every day. During my trip, I met some fabulous people. Many of which have been going to Phuket Cleanse for years, time and time again. Food The food here is out of this world and constantly varied. At Phuket Cleanse they also run regular cooking classes, so you can learn how to make some of these fantastic dishes yourself. Most weekends people opt for the juice cleanse (although it's optional), and Mel will talk you through the benefits of the different detox juices, or as she calls them - medicine. Meals are eaten as a group within a beautiful dining space. A place for everyone to come together and laugh and encourage one another. 5 out of 5 stars does not do this place justice!
