Had the best time ever here celebrating our birthdays!! and christmas it was the best time ever I love this hotel. We had breakfast included which was OK. we also had pool access rooms which definitely made everything better lol but the rooms are just as seen in pictures! Our sheets were changed everyday and overall it was just such a good experience, we also booked on booking and saved a ton of money.

A true palace! The entrance of the hotel feels grand and luxurious, you would only miss the red carpet. The hotel has a beautiful pool and the hotel room was huge and tastefully/traditionally Thai decorated. The bed was fine. The bath in the bathroom did not have a good stop so the water quickly ran out of the bathtub with a big whistle. Toilet and shower separated, also very pleasant. We had a spacious balcony in our room. It is unclear how the luggage is stored if you cannot yet get into the hotel or have already checked out the day before. It looks like your luggage is stored in an open space at the bottom of the stairs at the entrance. There is surveillance, but is there 24/7? We did see a door in the room that can be locked but whether it was used is not clear to us. We booked another night to be able to use the facilities on the day of departure before we started flying again. Staff very attentive, correct and friendly!

We stayed at the Rawai Palm Beach Resort for 11 days. I will state only the most basic without water. On the plus side: a large picturesque area, a swimming pool around the entire perimeter, we had a deluxe room overlooking the pool, huge (everything is as in the photo), everything worked properly (shower, toilet, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator). Breakfast is a buffet, there was always something to eat. There are not many sunbeds on site and sometimes it was a problem to find a free one, especially if you slept longer. Of the minuses: room cleaning is terrible, towels, bed linen are not changed, shower accessories are not changed either!!! Only the floor is cleaned. The towel, as they wrote in previous reviews, is already gray from old age. The bed stinks of damp! For those with allergies, it will be difficult. This is my first holiday experience in Thailand, so I have nothing to compare with. In general, if you do not pay attention to the listed disadvantages, you liked the hotel. Near the hotel there are many cafes, a shop, a beautiful beach with fishing boats overlooking the islands. The fish market is 20 minutes away. There are very few souvenir shops.

The receptionist wasn't very welcoming when we arrived, an £80 deposit was requested on arrival for any damage we might create. We were told to wait for a member of staff to take our cases to the room but they never arrived which then resulted in us trying to locate our room in the early hours, lugging our suitcases up and down several flights of stairs after a 7 hour flight. Breakfast felt like a school dinners canteen environment, choice was poor and seating was minimal and very basic, very often lack of cutlery, staff couldn't keep up with clearing the tables. People very often standing around looking for places to sit. Pool looked nice on arrival but limited beds, some of which were in bad condition with holes and stains. Room was nice and spacious but had an awful smell coming from the toilet. Shame the Rawai beach wasn't a sunbathing/swimming beach, more of a harbour than anything Overall not a great experience and wouldn't choose to go back.

The hotel swimming pool and the possibility of private access are a real plus, but... We found the reception very limited: never anyone at reception or staff who were always overwhelmed and therefore not available to provide us with information. The spa is closed but the signs remain in place. And the reception is unable to recommend a massage parlor. Our rental on the ground floor swimming pool was VERY noisy: it is accessed through the bathroom (?), which limits privacy, and there is no door leading to the bedroom. So when the neighbors get up very early or come home very late we are woken up by their discussions in the corridor and the slamming of doors.
Finally, the first impression was not good: the room was not ready when we arrived at 2:30 p.m., and, once installed, the bins had not been emptied and the requested twin beds had not been taken. into account.
This was my 5th time in Thailand, I would definitely not return to this resort.

This is a Five Star Hotel. You can see that as you look around every thing neat and tidy. We first stayed in Superior Room on ground floor across from the pool. excellent location. Room is excellent with large bed and bath tub with separate shower stall. Tv has all the channel, netflix.
Second Room stayed in Pool Access Room , same layout as first room but better. Private pool access no other guess allows beyond. Large comfily sofa. Tv with all the Channels.
The hotel pool is excellent with turns and bends and greenery ever where not feeling like swimming pool . They is pool bar for drinks. Pool never get so deep you need to worry. They is a separate pool area for kids with sand to play on.
The hotel has a gym room, bit small but it does . The Restaurant has a large choice to choose from Thai to Western food. The Location of the hotel is 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach and other restaurants and bars, They is a 7-11 about 5 minute walk away. The Hotel offer free transfer to other beach at certain times.

Dear Trebor, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed both the Superior Room and the Pool Access Room. It's great to know that you felt relaxed while enjoying the pool, with the added convenience of a pool bar for refreshments. Our gym may be on the smaller side, but we're glad to hear that it still met your needs during your stay. . We do hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Phuket. Kind regards, Rawai Palm Beach Rsort.

Steps everywhere!! Absolutely disabled unfriendly!! 30 steps just to get to reception; several flights of steps to rooms. Appallingly rude bellboys and front of hotel staff: aggressive because we did not book one of their cars! Pool access room only had access to small pool, so shallow, could not swim. Breakfast was poor: not much choice, no fresh egg prep: all cold omelettes, fried eggs, boiled eggs laid out. Cold poorly fried bacon - disgusting. Stay away!

I lived in this hotel from 11/30–12/5/2023 and was dissatisfied with the quality of service and the hotel.
The good: large, clean pool, well-groomed and clean hotel area, free shuttle to the sea, view from the room, fast service at the bar, friendly staff.
Of the minuses: the hotel is old, all the furniture is worn out and dilapidated. The once white towels have turned into gray floor rags! In addition, they periodically forget to put them in - today I came from the sea, instead of a set of 2 for the face, 2 for the hands, 2 for the bath, I didn’t find a single one!!! The lamp by the bed had fallen halfway and there were no bedside tables.
The bed linen is old, the same yellowish-gray color, and also with the smell of musty, under-dried linen! What a disgrace!
Breakfast is meager; at the entrance there are signs for guests warning that “you need to take as much food as you can eat.”
Additionally: The gym is equipped with old exercise equipment and there are few of them The air conditioner in the room makes noise like a Boeing engine at night. I saw a snake swimming in the pool Although smoking is prohibited in the rooms, here and there it stinks of cannabis
Complete disappointment, and the picture when booking showed such a beautiful hotel.

We stayed here for 15 nights Feb 23. I would not recommend. We had a swim up deluxe room. The room was lovely. The towels were washed out stiff and old. The pool towels were nice. The room was not cleaned properly. By the end of the hol we could not walk in bare feet as our feet would be black and filthy. The shower/bath/sink never got cleaned. The second week I put the green label on the bed to be changed and it was just made and not changed as there was a mark on the bed so I knew it had not been changed. The patio was filthy. The sunbed situation on some days was awful you couldnt get a bed. Other days we had to sit far from the pool bar and it felt like you was in a concrete jungle. The sun disappears from the pool area around 4/4.30! Most of the staff were lovely apart from one gentleman on reception he was very rude and unhelpful. The ladies in the red t-shirts were lovely and a lady on reception with short bob hair was really nice. The walls of the hotel rooms are very thin and we had trouble the first week with people playing music loudly the early hours of the morning. There is no bar or anything after the pool closes. The food and drink at the pool bar was nice and reasonably priced. One night a week they have a buffet in the restaurant which was 399 b - it was ok but didnt bother the second week if honest - there was not enough variation of dishes. The manager (Boy) was very nice to start of with until we realised he was just touting for business for his family business of tours etc. Once he knew we didnt want to go on any of these he lost interest in you. We picked this hotel because of the area as we have stayed in this area a few times but I would not under any circumstances chose to go back to this hotel. it is too run down, rooms not cleaned well enough, the hotel is too big, the sunbed situation was awful on a lot of days, as the hotel is tall there is no sun late afternoon. The breakfast buffet was ok but by the end of the holiday I didnt really bother with that either only because after 15 days you get bored eating the same thing every day but it what was there was nice enough, basically a choice of eggs, and dried up bacon, selection of the same fruit, toast, small pastries and thai food. Much the same as most places for a buffet breakfast that we have been too if honest. Coffee was awful but you could pay for a better coffee if you wanted. All in all it is a no from us.

Lovely hotel and staff. Good location with a few eateries close by, 7 eleven close by. Quiet little village however perfect for what we wanted. Pool access room is great, has lounged out the front, private little area. Large rooms, breakfast is nice with fresh eggs and fruits along with your ham, cheese salads and Asian choices too. We will be back with the family next year, will be perfect for our little grand daughter who will be just over 1 then

There are a couple of flights of steep stairs if you are approaching from the road. - probably only 1 flight if arriving in a vehicle. Overall the hotel does slope upwards across the whole plot with a lot of stairs. There are many rest stops so might be manageable; depends on health. there are no rooms that avoid any stairs unfortunately.

The Main Street, and the beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There are taxis and tuk tuks for around the town that take you back to the hotel. Lots of flights of stairs at the hotel though so you might want to check this out too
