Stayed at this hotel in March 2024. What was very good: • upon check-in, you install an application on your phone, through which you can request a specific cleaning time, book a seat on the shuttle bus, order additional accessories, for example, an iron and ironing board, order food to your room from a restaurant, request something to be repaired if necessary malfunction. Very convenient) requests are responded to promptly, the status is displayed in the application. • the level of the hotel itself is good, the hotel is new, in European style, pleasant interiors. • a separate plus is a huge bed in the room, good bed linen and comfortable pillows. • at the reception you can get beach towels - full, large ones. • helpful staff, kind and friendly • there is a good infrastructure inside the hotel: a whole system of swimming pools, there is an equipped gym, there is a Sturbucks in the reception area. • wi-fi worked stably and at good speed • I would consider breakfast a plus, although you expect more from a 5-star hotel. In general, a good selection of dishes, always 2-3 hot traditional Thai dishes (chicken curry, fried rice with egg/vegetables and regular, pad thai), there are fried eggs and scrumbled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese (not always), fresh vegetables, salad with dressing, 3 types of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices that are clearly not freshly squeezed, rather “fruit-flavored drinks,” coffee from a coffee machine. What was acceptable and normal: • room cleaning, the main thing is that it is done regularly, although of course it is very superficial. • the location of the hotel is ok if you consciously chose this beach, it’s a 5-7 minute walk to 7eleven, there is everything you need next to the hotel. What was bad: • it’s clear that they were in a hurry to get the hotel up and running as soon as possible; the renovations in some places were done in a clumsy manner, using low-quality materials. The hotel is not even a year old, and some buildings have been opened quite recently, however, in the bathrooms you can already see the darkening of the tile joints. Maybe the quality of cleaning affects this. • The corridors on the floors are not cleaned at all. You walk and see all the dust and small debris and hair on the dark glossy tiles. Well, that's it.
Another nuance: during our stay there were a lot of tourists from the Middle Kingdom, be prepared for this (noisy, talking loudly, walking in a crowd). In the dining room at breakfast we went to a separate back room, and there we enjoyed a more calm and quiet atmosphere. Overall, I gave the hotel a 4, for me the pros outweighed it, I can recommend it.

I really liked the new hotel, wonderful rooms, cleaning was done daily, breakfast was above all praise. Very polite staff, I liked the system of flowing pools. The shuttle went to the beach on time. Near the pool they give you signature towels that you can take with you to the beach and from pool. Very good Wi-Fi, which is free and worked everywhere!!!!! (And not just where the reception is, like in Turkey. Thanks to the hotel, my first visit to Thailand was not spoiled. Thank you, I will be back!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, we liked everything! The rooms are new and clean, cleaning is done daily, friendly staff! I want to pay special attention to the staff, they quickly responded to all requests, before you even have time to approach the sun lounger they already bring you a towel, a small thing, but it’s nice and you feel cared for. The breakfasts are delicious too! The only negative is the lack of air conditioning in the breakfast area, there were fans, but they won’t be enough for a full seating (this is for the management)

The staff are absolutely phenomenal, three particular girls named Pat, Ice and Chu were incredibly helpful, caring, patient… they went out of their way to show me my bedroom before I booked to ensure I was happy as I left another hotel from being poorly attended to.
I was on the seventh floor, and I had phenomenal views. I made use of the gym every single day, it does have the bear essentials, and that’s all I needed as this was a holiday. I was always smiled out, greeted with gratitude. I found my stay absolutely phenomenal, every aspect was at such a high standard, even the room cleaning, every single day it was like walking into a fresh new hotel.
I really want to thanks those three girls (especially Pat) for all of their amazing hospitality, and of course all of the other staff that attended to me. They have done such a phenomenal job ensuring every customer is well looked after!
I cannot wait to stay here again, 10 out of 10!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

A completely new hotel in a design atypical for a resort island - absolutely office style. A huge, gaudy gray slab of lobby looms on the highway, tied with a red ribbon to celebrate the new year. There are pros and cons. Cons: extremely different accommodation. An incomprehensible hotel application - do not leave until they scan your room code and until you understand how to use it, otherwise you will not be able to call anyone to your room, there are no phones in the rooms. We were accommodated on the 1st floor, overlooking the impromptu parking for mopeds, since there is no centralized underground parking, as a result - it is impossible to dry things, there is constant noise and smell. There is no table or chairs on the balcony. Purely for form's sake balcony. A strange renovation that does not include lighting above the kitchen area. The drainage in the bathroom was so bad and the shower door did not close that at the end of the shower you had to stand ankle-deep in water throughout the bathroom. Location - fishing village, civilization is far away, but there are deliveries. Breakfast is poor - no cereals, coffee machine is not always working. There is no quality butter. Fresh juices, smoothies. Only 1 door to the street! Pros: new renovation. Good air conditioning. Price-quality ratio.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. All the staff are nice and friendly, the rooms are clean and the service was great. Breakfast was equally good. There is a selection of hot food, as well as cereal, rolls etc. However, the guests of the hotel are sometimes disrespectful and selfish. At breakfast, for example, the plates are packed with food, half of which is left behind and thus put in the garbage. In the Kids Club I could watch from the outside as a child smeared the mats from the floor with felt-tip pens. The mother was playing with her phone while she was there. When she saw it, she didn't say anything but continued to devote herself to her phone. Some kids watched TV in the Kids Club (in our view has no place there). In general, the majority of children do not clear the things that have been played with and a mess is left behind. I'm really shocked at the way others' property is handled and how some people behave in the hotel. The hotel is probably booked primarily by many people from Russia.

Wanted to book a stay here on their website, but they charge a much higher price for Wyndham members compared to 3rd party sites. They have a best rate guarantee and promise members a discount, but the hotel did not respond for a week and are «still investigating». Stay somewhere else where the management are running a serious business!

Wyndham La Vita Phuket offers a serene atmosphere and spacious pool area, making it a perfect escape for relaxation. The staff provides excellent service, always attentive and friendly especially Nam, Toey and Chu. However, the breakfast selection could use some improvement as the variety is somewhat limited. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind.

Hi, this is a great hotel, but the biggest value is in the people!!! I would like to mention NAM from Reception, the way she works is just top, fantastic, awesome!!!! The only 2 ideas to improve: I missed cheese during breakfast, and the earliest transfer to the beach is at 10am, if it can be improved to 8am.

It's super, great hotel. Clean rooms, cleaned every day. The hotel has several swimming pools. There is a children's recreation area with slides, and there is also a gym. There's a starbucks coffee shop in the reception area. The staff is friendly and friendly in the accommodation and review of the hotel we were assisted by receptionist Toey Siro Chu Ice. For those who like to swim in the sea you will have to get to Nai Harn beach, as Ra Wai beach is not for swimming. I recommend you all visit this hotel.
