We were booked here through a business concern which says a lot about how less they value their customers. Location: Smelly end of the Patong beach. Check-in: extremely complicated. The lady at reception said that they didn’t have our booking. We had to search in their system for our names. Took good one hour. Rooms: Rooms were like pigeonholes and pretty run down. Balconies are so loud and filthy that you better stay in. Towels and bed sheets looked washed but not clean. Facilities: you get wifi, soap. Every time you leave the room, you have to drop the key at the front desk. So if you have a laptop, you are at your own. Breakfast: the guy at the desk did not agree to offer breakfast and had to be shown paper booking to convince. You get only two slices, butter, jam and coffee/tea. If you push hard, they bring some fruit. If you push further they might bring half a glass of juice. And if you are white, you may get cornflakes and milk. I mean how can you not have a fixed breakfast menu? Staff: totally untrained with little understanding of English and a couple of them quite impolite. We got to hotel NYE and was there one hour. It’s the worse place I’ve ever seen. No air con, no help, we managed to find another hotel at our expense. But I would of slept on beach rather than there. It’s dangerous, flea ridden, rats everywhere, it’s dark, noisy, I cannot stress how bad this place was. It’s nothing like the photos. I wish i took some but had no phone charge (they didn’t have a plug available that looked safe) so couldn’t take any. We have had to move around the island to find places to stay. (Still here) luckily we didn’t bring our kids with us this time. Honestly if you have booked this hotel change it now !!
Hotel was so old, television and air-condition not working. After I stay for 3 hours the electric was off and no body come to tell us the reason why or try to make responsibility to us until nearly midnight I have to come down to ask by myself to change the room. But the owner talking so rude and his dog bite me, also the same owner was not care what his dog do and really rude because he don't want to take care customer. The only 1 good thing is near by the beach but you can find somewhere better than here for sure. If you love to have good vacation don't come and stay here. Very rude owner and his bad dog!!!!
We had a nice time in this hotel. You get a very good service for a very competitive price! The owner is a nice guy. We had some chats about the local people, the culture and how Thailand changed within the last decade. It was a very pleasant stay!
We arrived and ran away after 1/2 hour, and got our money back from hotel.com The hotel has a rubbish tip rat infested in the car park and people were opening the bags for food and we saw rats running everywhere. The hotel room was beyond belief with can you believe this mould growing from the tv and the fridge could just about walk away on its own. The owner came to see us and begged us to stay saying I will give you my best room!,, No thank you, just looking at the bedding was enough to make you sick. Please don’t be fooled like we were of nice pictures on the web site. It’s a total disgrace and I am surprised hotel.com still have this on their site stay away because it will spoil your well earned holiday.
