Location is awesome. Few mins walk to Jungceylon mall, bangla road, food street, and so many halal restaurants close by. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Soooooo much variety. Best part is chicken and beef is halal and coz of that I was able to have eggs and Omlette without worrying about asking them to use clean frying pan (they have no pork at egg station) They have vegetarian section which consist of Indian food like daal tarka puris cholae uppama halwa mix veggies pakora samosa Masala chai yummm Wide wide selection of food ... I use to look fwd for breakfast brunch each morning. They do have a lil variation in their menu from day before so that’s good, you don’t get bored with same food each day. Next is their swimming pool. Really spacious, clean and love the sun hitting the pool side, so you can sun bathe and not feel cold while in pool. Swimming was fun as well due to cleanliness We never had problems with housekeeping. They cleaned our room every single day Customer service at front desk was good too. You have to keep in mind there is a language barrier. People who reviewed that staff is not friendly is probably because they are trying hard to understand what you are saying (probably that’s why they have a blank face) you must understand they are trying to understand what you are asking and they can’t keep a happy face while doing so. Remember you are in their country, you should try and communicate in their language and getting mad at them for not knowing English is absolutely ridiculous. Its just like alien coming to your country and expecting you to communicate in their language. Coming back to point once they understand (which u can help them using google translate or expressions or sign language) they are extremely helpful respectful and jolly . Let me mention most of the staff knows English. If you are a person who goes to bed early and wants pin drop silence then you have to choose a location which is not prime. As location is prime and full of life there is loud music till late night coz of pubs and bara nearby .. we didn’t have a prb with that. Only con - hair dryer... not a biggie .. but if u have long thick hair you cannot rely on their hairdryer. It stops to cool itself every few minutes. Bring ur own hair dryer and use it if that’s a huge concern There is no iron in room but they will gladly provide you with one if you ask (nicely) free of charge Be nice to them and they are most loving and respectful.. enjoy your trip :)

Value for money (5/5) Service:(5/5): It was a royal service. One of the best services I have experienced so far. Right from the reception the staff escorted us all the way to our room explaining various amenities available in the hotel and right after reaching the room she explained us the facilities within the room, all with a great smile. The best part was , she allocated us the room 2 hours in advance than the usual check-in, as it was all set for us. This is quite rare in Thailand as almost all hotels I have been, stick to 14.00 check-in even if the room is ready. During our stay the service staffs were very warm and accomodating. Kudos to the team Location(5/5): Quite close to the Patong beach and night Market. Since it's slightly away from the Bangla walk street and shopping centre, one gets the advantage of enjoying a peaceful stay and at the same time Patong's night life. Food(5/5): Breakfast provided was awesome. Both continental and Indian options were great as they tasted authentic and fresh. Rooms and Cleanliness(5/5): Room was beautifully set up during the entry and well maintained everyday of our stay. We opted for the city view ,so it had a beautiful and spacious balcony facing the city. It had all amenities like Locker, Coffee making kit with a kettle, Hair dryer, TV, Bath tub and a studio bathroom, a king size bed, fast wifi ,etc The room, bathroom and balcony were all super spacious. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool as well that one shouldn't miss. Overall I had a great stay with a royal service. I would definitely recommend and also stay here again during next visit. The hotel experience was amazing right from the entry to the exit. The lobby outside for waiting was great. The hotel room was quie spacious, the fridge had 4 water bottles (instead of 2 bottles offered by other hotels), the rooms were clean and tidy, also had a bunk bed separately for kids. The location was also great, near to Hard rock cafe and other major landmarks, the pool looked great as shown in the photos and the breakfast had a lot of variety. So, all in all, a great place and is a definite recommend.
