I was initially provided with a room on one of the lower floors but then after a few nights moved to the top floor. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it has remained a very good place to base yourself. It’s relatively quiet and the rooftop pool remains a sun trap with amazing views of Phuket. The location is brilliant- a short walk to Chaweng Beach and a shorter walk to the delights of Bangla Road. The night food market and the day fruit market on your doorstep whilst the Jungceylon complex and supermarket just a stones throw away too. Saying all that- I should have missed breakfast and booked the Crib over the road as it had a better pool and a fitness centre. The prices and rooms were of the same quality. Staff take a little warming up but after a day or two were really receptive to my needs and ultra helpful. With hindsight I should have booked the Crib or mixed it up as I have previously. I had a good stay and felt looked after by the staff.

Got a great deal online, probably due to corona virus situation as hotel was unfortunately very quiet. Check in didn’t go so well, they couldn’t locate my booking even though I had messaged (and received a reply)earlier saying I would be arriving late. This took about 30 mins Rooms are obviously well used but clean and everything worked as it should, nice balcony which I want expecting Staff friendly, pool and rooftop bar as expected for this type of hotel There is some noise from street below so if you’re can’t cope with drunks and motorcycles around until the early hours then probably not the best location for you. As a Patong regular I would definitely stay here again,it’s a good hotel in a convenient location.

On arriving at this hotel our first impression was of slight disappointment as we were given a room without a balcony despite requesting one for our three week stay. Having asked at reception a few times for a balcony room, we eventually got one after 3 or 4 days. The rooms at the rear of the hotel do not have a balcony, only those at the front do. Both rooms were very spacious and were cleaned every day. The breakfast every morning was served in the hotel restaurant on the ground floor. Both the staff and the food were very good. The pool is on the rooftop along with a sun terrace which is very peaceful and quiet. A bar is also on the rooftop. Located on a side street just off the main road, near the boxing stadium. Would we stay here again? If in Patong, yes. John

Guys honestly do not waste your money! I am currently staying at the reception being blanked as the house keeping did not leave us bed sheet. on our first night i cried as i couldn’t believe how bad the state of the hotel! I asked to change room and i got told it was okay and to pack my bags so i did to then be told they were fully booked! Our shower barely works! To top it off our room was left open all day after house keeping as we were out on a day trip! I asked to speak to a manager and i am told what do you want me to do! I speak thai and English so trust me there is no miss understanding! I will not stay in this hotel again!! A hostel would have been better. You have been warned guys.

Pros: - Central location, close to Patong beach, Bangla road and Jungceylon mall. - Spacious room - Firm bed Cons: - The AC thermometer was broken in our room. It would only blast cold air on high and no other option. We let the front desk know and she sent someone up who just simply adjusted it to the max temperature. Still didn't work. We constantly had to turn the AC on and off throughout the duration of the night as it would get too hot and too cold while we slept. I ended up sleeping with the blankets over my head to stay warm. We complained again but still no solution. - Housekeeping did not refill our soap in the shower. - The 1000 baht deposit is cash only, they do not accept credit card. Which makes it hard for us since we need to spend that 1000 baht AFTER our stay. - The roof top pool needs some serious maintainence. The pool chairs and covers are very old and need replacing. The pool floor tiles are sharp and dangerous. The whole area needs a good power washing. - The safe did not work when we initially arrived and required someone to come fix it. - The entire toilet seat was unhinged when we initially arrived and required someone to come fix it.
