Good service. nice staff. Very clean room. Close to Banzan market and couple minutes walk to Bangla Road. The Pool is nice. The Gym is not so big but it have dumbbells', that you can do some basic exercise.

Booked 3 rooms, was given connecting rooms for 2 which was great for kids. The frontdesk and housekeeping staff are very friendly, check-in/out process was very smooth. Breakfast: we booked the rate with free breakfast, which was a great decision. Despite staying for 8 nights, the menu changed frequently that we did not get bored of the food. I highly recommend getting the free breakfast rate if you are traveling with kids. Location: THE BEST. 5 minute walk to Bangla road and 2 minute walk to the Fresh Seafood/Fruit Market (Banzaan Market) that also has many street food options in the evening at very affordable prices. There is a cafe next door as well as an ATM machine. Also a 7-eleven across the street. The Jungcelyon Mall is also a 5-10 minute walk, which has Kidzoona on the top floor (great way for the kids to kill their energy). Despite it being high-season in Phuket, the rates were less than half of what we would have paid if we stayed at the Hotel Indigo again. I checked the rates for July and they’re half of what we paid this trip, so we will likely do Phuket during low-season as it’s extremely cheap and less crowded. TLDR: Affordable hotel with clean rooms, rooftop pool/gym, many activities (bangla road, beach, mall, massage, street food market) within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.…

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the experience has been awesome! They are courteous and professional. The breakfast was limited for vegetarians but good. The rooms are clean and the house keeping clean the room in a jiffy while you have your breakfast.

This hotel is my absolute favourite place to stay.. soooo clean!! House keeping is amazing. The staff go above and beyond and never say no!! I have been to Thailand 5 times and this is my first with my family.. we stayed at a resort and couldn’t wait to come back.. so happy with the room size. Happy with the amenities. The pool and gym are great. Location is fantastic. 2 blocks out from Bangla Rd and close to Juncelyon. I will always come here and stay when I come back to Thailand. Thank you The Crib Patong. Absolutely an amazing experience, staff were so pleasant and the hotel is always so clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again with my wife or even on my own. Quiet location within walking distance of all the night life. Could not be happier with my choice.

Great hotel, lovely pool and overall very nice staff would recommend to everyone and would gladly come here again. Very close to bangla for some may be a little noisy but i couldnt hear much in my hotel room, also across the road is the famous bangla muay thai stadium in which you can see some of the worlds best compete Khop un khap the crib

Look out for guest charges... Guest charge policy not clear except this everything is perfect. Very approachable property just walking distance from beach, mall and banzan food market. Surely recommend it to my friends

An Amazing Hotel to stay , Rooms are very clean and air con Is the best , it will chill your bones , close to all amenities and jungceylon shopping mall not that much the the front Reception staff Tanya , Kate , Benz and Ken are very friendly and helpful . The hotel is really very good, located very well. The people on the reception are very kind and helpful, the service is perfect. Rooms and the bathrooms have nice minimal design, beds are really very comfortable. But there is a very musty smell in the rooms and the air conditioners are not cleaned at all, it is very easy to get sick
