Location was a bit out of the way. Lots of construction going on. Clean room. Was the only hotel I've ever stayed in Phuket that had ESPN in English language without subtitles. Was able to watch the NFL playoffs and the College Football Championship. 2 pools but were both small and the water was very cold.

Nice comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. 2 pools with deck chairs. Only 10 mins to the beach and Bangla Rd but in a quiet alley so no noise. Laundry services nearby as well as restaurants. Recommended.

Stayed here Feb 2020. Property is super extra clean! Great amenities, friendly staff. Beds are very comfy with spacious room. Wifi works well. Location couldnt be better. 10 min walk to the beach 5 min walk to Bangala Walking Street. Very Quiet location with great breakfast included. Def will stay here again in the future!

Originally I booked four nights but ended up extending to eight. The hotel is spread over three buildings with pools and dining area. The fitness facility is impressive- a real five star level. But the Pinnacle of this hotel is its staff; they are the most friendly, polite and helpful people I have encountered. They make you feel at home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel 👌

The staff was Very friendly and the hotel was 8n very good location close to the beach about 15 minutes by foot and bagla road about 10 minutes by foot. Bagla road are all the main bar.Good breakfasts also.

We are a family group travel to Phuket while celebrating our Chinese New Year. During the peak season most of the hotels in Patong was fully booked so we finally choose this hotel which looks decent from the reviews and photos. But it upset us during our 4 nights stay at the hotel. 1. The room full of mosquitoes upon checked-in. The housekeeper was scared to spray aerosol inside the room and was standing outside the door. I had to help her to spray it by myself inside the room. 2. Air-condition was not functioning well. It feels warm at night even adjust to the min temp. The technician came to repair but problem remains. 3. Room safe box not working well. 4. The pool was small and deep (1.6m) Not recommended for children and beginner swimmer. 5. Buffet breakfast was poor. 6. We could still tolerate with the hardware malfunctioning but not human attitude. We were scolded by one of the hotel staff while try to borrow plates from the restaurant for our snacks. It was happened during the New Year eve. It really spoiled our happy mood. He could have told us in a polite way but instead act like a gangster. I had been in hotel industry and was surprise of his code of business conduct. Even a retail shop staff know how to smile and serve their customer but not from this hotel. This happened to other department staff including front office, travel desk and restaurant. Most of them were acting rude. We love to travel to Thailand because of their friendliness but this trip really upset us. This hotel didn't deserved to get 4 stars as per listing in tripadvisor based on my bad experience.…

Smelly aircondition forcwed us to change room.from 1. to second floor. Here the room was ok, but the smell was in the corridor. Berkfast was poor with minimal fish, no bacon and lousy meat. Chickenham floating in lots of water tasted nothing an so did the chickensausage altso. The offer of egs in all variety was good. I prefer a rich brekfast when at a hotel but here I had to settle for dry bread and marmelade. The coffee taste bitter and is very strong. Nothing I will recomend.The staff was exelent and very helpfull.

Pozitive - The bed is very comfortable - hbo :) Negative it’s not a 4* hotel! 2* in europe - it’ s outdate - most of the staff dont speak english and are rude - they dont clean verry well - the location is triky when you look on the map, it’s look very close to the beach in straight line, but you have to walk by an entire area to get to the beach, aprox 20 min of walking - swimming pools are very small - it is bulit around and there is noise starting 7 am every day - the floor , the shower and toilet room is not cleaned properly.

The hotel is well located in a good area which everywhere is reachable by walking distance, the staff is exceptionally good and friendly. But i wish the can fix the air conditioners to make it a perfect stay.

The service is very good, the staff are smiling. Welcoming, caring, and attentive , Clean breakfast And hygienic , Have clean and fragrant rooms I like to sit and relax by the pool with a variety of drinks and relaxing music, this place is near many shopping centers, and only 5 minutes walk to Patong beach. This place is a very good starting point for this holiday. I will definitely visit again soon. Which, next time, may have to stay here for two months
