I really loved staying at this resort and contemplated extending my stay. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was lovely. The room and bathroom were very large and comfortable and well-appointed. The decor is fantastic. The towels and linen are in good condition. The air-conditioning, hot water and refrigerator worked just fine. Managed to negotiate the walk-in rate down to 800 THB per night which I thought was a fair price. The only two negative comments: *The room smells very musty *The mosquitoes on the property are fierce, bring plenty of repellent

We had some issues with the Booking of this property and ended up booking directly with the property . We had requested a Deluxe Pool View room . On arrival we were given the keys to a room which was no where near the Pool and was quite smelly and had Mosquito's in the room and the Bathroom had not been cleaned . We returned to reception and asked for the correct room . The Staff were insisting that this would be a quieter room however I showed them the room we had booked which was a Pool View . Overlooking the Pool . We were then given another Key . We arrived at the Room which was indeed near the Pool however you could not see the Pool as it was obstructed by a Wall . Also the room had a Busy walkway so if you wanted any Privacy you had to keep your Curtains Drawn as there were no Net Curtains only Drapes . The Bed had a Beautifully carved Wooden Bedhead which made it impossible to even sit up in Bed without a pile of Pillows to protect your Head & Back as it was covered in sharp edges & spikes , whoever thought that was a good idea must have had Rocks in their Head . We decided to go out for something to eat and it was Dark when we returned . The Noise fom Bangla Road was Horrendous and got . Louder & Louder as the Night went on . Sleep was imossible . I even went for a walk along the Beach and found a quiet spot under a Palm Tree for a couple of Hours. I got back at 2 am , My wife was just sitting in a chair as sleep was impossible . We decided then that we had to move . We looked on the internet and picked a couple of suitable Hotels . After a sleepless night we went for Breakfast . We were asked to fill in a Form before we could get our Breakfast , something I have never encountered anywhere before . We then began perusing what was on offer . The first Bain Marie had the remains of Spagetti , just a couple of pieces stuck in the botton and looked like Yesterdays leftovers . There was nothing that looked remotely edible and we decided against eating and just had a very watered down Orange drink . We then went back to our room and packed our bags . We have stayed in a couple of bad Hotels over the Years , but this would have to be up there with the worst for poor staff , Dirty rooms , Non existent Customer service and disgusting Food . And SO SO NOISY . We couldn't get out of there quick enough . It was Dreadful !!!

For me, location is very important when I’m travelling. If you’re looking for a place that’s close to the beach and also close to Bangla road. Look no further! THIS IS THE PLACE! Another thing I look for, is cleanliness and hygiene. This place has amazing house keeping staff, and the place is spotless too. With a balcony and lounge chairs outside. Perfect place to chill, without getting your room dirty. Third thing, is a swimming pool. I know, we have the entire sea to ourselves, but a swimming pool is a swimming pool. Right? Also, the pictures come out amazing here. Just one thing, for the hotel staff. If you could put some lightings in the swimming pool area, and keep it open for longer hours, it’d be Perfect!
