Have stayed at Graceland multiple times prior to having entertainment. I just wanted to say that Dino,Asha and Kelvin are the best. They made my daughter feel so welcome and comfortable and included her in all activities. Truly recommend the kids club and entertainment. Could not fault loved staying there from Darren and Michele.

ABSOLUTLEY incredible time for our 7th trip to Thailand. We have stayed at Graceland every single time and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The entertainment staff asha, kelvin and Dino and incredible at keeping the whole family entertained and the kids club. They are the reason we continue to return!!

3 out of 5 gracelands is a bit run down room OK but air-conditioning very noisy pools were clean but a bit of a smell in the rooms and staff were very helpful and friendly breakfast was good close to the beach ⛱️ and about 1km from Bangalow Rd where all the night life is

We had the best time at Gracelands. We will be back for sure. We liked it as it was right on the beach and we got to go jet sking which was great. The pools are really warm, the bars have happy hour two for one and the entertainers Kelvin, Dino and Asha are the best !!

We have stayed at many resorts in Phuket, Grancelands is the best for family, entertainment and good times by the pool. The kids club is wicked Kelvin, Asha and Dino do a awesome job entertaining the kids and the adults alike. Graceland highly recommended for reasonably priced family holiday.

My holiday here was really fun this was my second time coming back. Actually we decided to come back because of the entertainment from this hotel. There are many activities for children and adults as well as aqua dance aqua fitness aqua noodle and many more things I recommend this hotel for its children entertainment and perfect for you and your family. Great spacious room, comfortable beds. enjoyed having the pool outside - even though I had thought we were in the rooms beside the bigger pool (we were 2 stories up with the pool sitting higher than our patio). only down side of the room - bit noisy, and people smoking in the pool and on their patio (not sure if thats allowed... but would have preferred a smoke free area) fantastic staff - especially the activities crew - Asha, Kelvin and Dino - they were great fun and gave the main pool a great atmosphere. I loved the aqua aerobics. all in all a great stay - would return

Our flight was delayed and we reached the hotel around 10pm.we were given a welcome drink we’re in our room within 15 minutes.we had a wonderful stay at this resort which is a stone’s throw from a very clean PATONG Beach. All the staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you a wonderful service. I had a personal issue with the company I booked through.The manager at the reception KANNIKA whom I cannot thank enough.she is the most helpful and pleasant lady I have ever met in my travels and I have gone around the world twice. Overall a fantastic resort to stay at and I am booked to go back again in October. This is a SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF AND THE MANAGEMENT 👍👍🙏🏼🙏🏼

The hotel is amazing and close to beach and really well connected to the rest of the island , if you want to do different excursions. Most of all, the receptionist Yudha, was the best. He welcomed us with his professional , caring and smiling behavior. He gave us a show round of the hotel when we arrived and explained all the facilities and he was attentive during our stay to each detail , to make us feel like special guests . Hopefully to come back in the future in Graceland and for sure I’ll suggest it to my friends which will visit Thailand soon. Grazie !!
