our room was nice, recently renovated, no problems there. Location is great right on the beach. Pool is good, but very hard to get a sunlounger. there were towels on all of the good sunloungers by 7am, though most really went to the pool from...More
Awesome hotel with friendly staff and very clean. Buffet breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. Pools are amazing and have the choice to cross the road to the beach. Beautiful location. Family friendly hotel.
This is the second time we have stayed at Gracelands. The hotel is in the perfect location for families. Not too near Bangla Road if you have kids, but within easy walking distance. Right across from the beach. There are lots of local food stalls...More
Phuket Graceland is a great resort for families. The highlight of my kids (8 and 10) stay here was the Carpe Diem Entertainment Team. They were fantastic!! Ayeshia, Marya, Vinko and David spent countless hours entertaining the kids, playing games, pool activities etc.. They were...More

(I personally would never stay here again.) From what I did see these rooms are on the busy side Street side of the resort & nothing much. If u did end up staying just get a normal room & use the resort pool. Good luck

The pool access rooms do not have mess screen doors, only sliding glass doors. However, they do have light privacy curtains which you can see through. None of the rooms are small child proof; glass tables, chairs, electrical outlets, etc. I doubt you will find any hotels in Thailand that have child proof rooms ! There are 3 large pools in the resort. I don't know their names, but the 2 we used both had separate child pools that were only a few feet deep. Our 7 year old stayed in the pool most of the day and had a great time. There are two different tour desks in the resort. Their prices were competitive with outside agencies. The child program will probably be too boring for your 13 year old. The breakfast in the hotel is very comprehensive and good quality. However, for lunch & dinner you can find much better and cheaper restaurants outside. Just walk up the road adjacent to the hotel to Second Rd and you will find too many good restaurants to count. A must see is the Phuket Fantasea show in the evening; great fun, world class show, interesting venue - about 30 minute drive from the hotel. Don't bother with their buffet dinner - horrible quality and way over priced. Eat before you go. Have a great holiday !!
