Disgusting tiny room. bad smell like vomit, dirty bathroom, no window staff unpleasant bad attitude complained at check in they refused to change room, refused to return cash paid for room no receipt given, not interested in complaint it was so bad we left I would not put a dog in there reception area very dirty. Lucky only booked one night and didn’t stay it was horrible no way would I ever stay there can’t imagine breakfast when the other areas were filthy. One to miss plenty better hotels for less price and nicer staff truly disgusted especially female who just smirked at us
From the moment we arrived we where greeted by an unfriendly lady. We had 9 superior rooms booked. Half the fridges didn’t work and a few ACs didn’t work. The mattresses where mouldy and only cover with a sheet, no blankets. We left a remote in on of the rooms and they would not give it back. Was left on the counter in one of the rooms, when we returned 8 days later it was very clear she didn’t care. We stayed in for hotels/resorts on our visit and this was by far the worst. It could be a nice place if they had nice staff
Very good location... only 2 min walk to jungceylon shopping mall and 10 min walk to patong beach. You do not need any transportation at all. Special thanks to marketing manager mr. Güven and hotel manager mr. Engin. They are very welcome and helpful. Its worth all we spend. This is the best budget hotel that we got.
This is the worst hotel I have visited so far. Rooms are old fashioned and dirty. Bathroom door was broken. We were so lucky that we booked only one night there and then moved to another hotel. Seriously stay away.
The lady from the front desk was rude at all times, looks like she doesn't give a sh**t to any asian guests. NO SMILE, NO GREETING. Considering my boyfriend is thai, we thought she will be at least be polite but NO. Based on what we had observed, she only cares to western guests. Upon check in, she just looked at us and wait the other staff to take care of us eventhough she is not doing anything. She's also rude on answering guest's simple questions. To the hotel owner: please think twice on hiring people that works on your hotel. Everything was fine from our room during our stay but YOUR HOTEL STAFF is the reason why many guests will not come back to your hotel. TIP: There are other small hotels nearby that offers the same rate with good location BUT THEY HAVE BETTER STAFF, stay away from this hotel if you dont want to be pissed.…
