...What a fabulous hotel, great rooms friendly amazing staff that speak English , great food, great drinks at the pool bar and the other restaurants within the complex. A big shout out to Korn bar tender, thanks for making my day every day , with the laughs and getting me avocados for breakfast and passionfruit so good, and great drinks at the pool bar... Also I would like to thank these people Song, Robert, Gigi, Mario & Fluke... I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong Phuket, they really know how to look after there guests...

...Not unexpectedly COVID has meant some changes; the spa is not operating and some familiar faces were no longer there to greet us but the hotel is still lovely and the staff as friendly and helpful as ever. It was wonderful to be greeted by Kanlaya at the front steps after a long trip from the airport in peak traffic... In particular I would like to commend our pool hosts MP and Laila and their team for looking after us so well... Nothing was too much trouble and every afternoon we were treated to smoothies, savoury snacks and ice creams... We ate at Sam's three times and it was excellent every time... Special thanks to Chai, Rattree and the rest of the Sam's crew for giving us three special nights out... Thank you to everyone at the hotel for looking after us so well and we hope to see you all again next year...

This was my 4 visit to Phuket and we stayed at Holiday Inn in October 2022 and booked it again this time with 2 other couples who said it’s the best they have stayed at in Phuket. We booked a pool access room which has the fridge refilled daily complimentary... The room is simply luxurious with seperate shower and toilet... Staff are always very pleasant and helpful... My family had a great time at the hotel. Friendliness and attendtiveness of the hotel staffs (especially Anuwat and the kids' club team) is outstanding... My kids love the kids' club and the children's pools very much... Also one of the hotel staff helped me turn sofa in my hotel room into a bed and put it right next to the king bed which is great for my family as me, my wife, and my 2 kids sleep on the same bed... My family joined a super hero walk organised by the kids' club team and my kids loved it very much...

The best hotel resort in busy Patong area for family travelers with young kids. Definitely will stay in this hotel again next visit Phuket... Special thanks to Kids Club staff ( Ms.Mild, Ms.Pear, Ms. Jiji & Ms.Maya ) who look after my son when play there... They have 5 swimming pools, 2 kids pools, 2 main pools & 1 private for those who stay in Suite... Very recommended for this hotel for family with kids traveler... The Concierge did not come in time for the bags nor did he help while check out , there was double charge of some miscellaneous expenses and awaiting the refund / reversal ... The choice at breakfast fantastic, we used two of the restaurants for dinner and lunch again can not fault the services or quality... Around the pool the staff again couldn’t do more for you we enjoyed several cocktails during happy hour at the swim up bar 4-6 and couple at the main bar happy hour 6-8... We had a really good local guide who we met at the start of the break and did many of the days out and tours... We stayed in two beautiful rooms (1203 and 1204) spacious, with an excellent shower and dressing area... Thank you for making our visit to Thailand so memorable...

...All the staff are clearly well trained, as they are so pleasant and helpful... A few staff need individual recognition firstly to Claudia, who happened to see us at The Terrazzo shortly after I had an accident and helped fix me up... Anuwat has also been outstanding, helping us with the wheelchair and engaging with us regularly... Robert and Charlie, providing ice each day and checking in on me... There have been so many staff asking how I am, when we have been travelling around the hotel, which really makes a difference, not all or many hotels do this as well... We ate at The Charn Thai restaurant for lunch a couple of times, all food and service excellent... The hotel grounds and pools are lovely and the whole resort is very well kept, each day groundsmen and gardner's are working and taking care of it... Thoroughly enjoyable stay and we look forward to returning again...

...We don’t have really anything to complain about, we stayed for a week and have to praise the hotel for great elite recognition, nicely appointed rooms and wonderful staff at the bar. Our special shout-out goes to pool bar employees: P, Peach and the very friendly associate Fifa... We would like to really thank them for their humour and kind service as well as polite and interesting small talk they engaged us with... We would also like to point out that the waiters at Terrazzo Restaurant seemed to be a bit rushed and didn’t really pay that much attention to us...

After having to cancel our trip in 2020 due to covid we had been eagerly waiting to return to the Holiday Inn and what better time to return than our child’s 1st birthday with the whole family!... A lot of the same old faces and a lot of new made this experience one of the best I’ve ever had... On the first day We arrived back from a swim in the pool to a cake and balloons in the room with a card from the holiday inn for my sons birthday... Breakfast is just as good as it has always been, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel and facilities are second to none... If there is one thing that stuck out more this visit than any other it is the staff, by the end of our 14night stay it felt like family from breakfast to have a beer at the bar I felt like I was at home...

Many times to Phuket for us and also Patong itself... Not only the best location for Patong Beach and all its night and day life, but the best customer service received... Unfortunately I was taken ill with a nasty stomach virus and was very well looked after by Claudia and her team at the hotel... They prepared simple food for the period of my sickness to help me and Claudia herself came to check on me in my room each day to ensure I was getting better... Facilities were all so very clean and the restaurants and breakfast always fantastic... Top Service for affordable price (ooh and the rooms are great also with a really comfortable bed)!...

In a beach town with a reputation of being one big party, this resort has been a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. (Even during Songkran and the countrywide water fight that ensues...) Very well kept with a friendly and supportive staff... We enjoyed the beach in the morning (A 5-minute walk to the other side of the resort property), napped midday to avoid the heat, and hung out at the pool for happy hour each day... It is easy to walk to everything you could possibly want along the beach road...

I visited with my family of 4 and we had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket. The property is very good with 2 kids swimming pool and 2 big swimming pool... They have a great breakfast spread especially with a separate spread for kids... They also have a kids play area with toys and activities for kids of various age groups... The location of the property is excellent with Patong beach just across the road and lot of shopping and restaurants all around... Highly recommended if you are travelling to Phuket...

From our initial welcome on arrival, we had a great experience. The staff were amazing, and the service was excellent... The quality and variety of the food at breakfast was fantastic and Sam's was absolutely top class... Rooms were kept very clean and the extra effort such as placing towels on loungers for us and canapes by the pool were a great touch and much appreciated... All in all, we had a great experience and we cannot speak highly enough of this hotel...

...The location is supberb giving you the choice of the beach and the busy stalls/shops and of course Bangla road ! Many restuarants within walking distance too, however if you fancy a calm day you can chill by one of the many pools, we stayed in the pool villas but utilised the main pool also for the swim up bar where you can find Robert mixing up cocktail buckets (a must try)... We going to book this hotel for our next visit and we rarely go back to the same place...

...The hotel is in the heart of Patong, with easy access to the beach (across the street). The hotel also provide accommodation options for varying price ranges... The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times... The trip was to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a cake, accompanied by a personalised greeting card and candles on the day... The drinks in the mini bar were also inclusive in the cost of our stay, another pleasant surprise...

...You can do your washing outside for 50 baht a load, whereas the hotel would charge 35 baht for one item... They had puri and dahl for Indians, labneh and babaghanoush for Arabs and bacon and eggs for English... They even had huge variety of pastries and breads... Breakfast was included in our stay, will highly recommend it before taking a city tour which we did!...

Fantastic hotel in the buzz but still very peaceful... We travelled with out early 20s daughters and had interconnected rooms which was a bonus... Loved everything about this hotel the staff where excellent and nothing was too much trouble... The choice at breakfast fantastic, we used two of the restaurants for dinner and lunch again can not fault the services or quality... Around the pool the staff again couldn’t do more for you we enjoyed several cocktails during happy hour at the swim up bar 4-6 and couple at the main bar happy hour 6-8... For a relaxing break this hotel is hard to beat... We stayed in two beautiful rooms (1203 and 1204) spacious, with an excellent shower and dressing area... Useful fridge and seating area with a balcony over looking the small pool... Thank you for making our visit to Thailand so memorable...

Great location across the street from Patong beach. Nice design, lots of greenery, two big pools plus a smaller one for toddlers, several restaurants and helpful, friendly staff... A true oasis in busy Patong although lots of families with young kids also bring too much commotion and excitement...

...It’s my first time staying as the holiday inn resort in Phuket and I chose it for the convenient location- it’s just beside the beach and within reach of various eateries and shops. The rooms are fairly large and spacious... The toilets had a bathtub(it never fails to wow the kids) and the usual amenities provided... Some of the furniture and appliance does look dated though things are fairly well maintained... Another plus point for staying in this property is the availability of a kids club... It’s sort of like a free child minding service that operates in the daytime and you can leave your kids there(if they are 6 and above) and there are various activities to entertain them with staff supervising at all times- my kids enjoyed their visits there... The resort provided a quiet oasis from a beach that is constantly bustling with activity... Highly recommend for families with young children...

...We love staying at Holiday Inn Resorts as the beds are always so comfortable which is import as a hard bed gives us nothing but sleepless nights. The resort is so beautiful, especially in the Busakorn wing where we stayed... The breakfast selection is the largest and best spread we have ever come across... Location is right in the middle of everything in Patong and very close to the beach also...

Great hotel in great location. The resort is big, has many dining options and is in front of the beach... Some of the rooms still present a bath in the bathroom without walkin shower, I think this should be changed to walkin showers for all rooms...

We were a group of 5 friends and wanted a hotel that was stylish, modern and had all the facilities of comfort. Holiday Inn met our requirements perfectly... It's located in the heart of Patong making it very convenient to move around to sought after places like the beach, Bangla Road and great restaurants...

...The staff are so friendly and accomodating & the resort itself is amazing. We stayed in the newly refurbished Busakorn wing, with interconnecting rooms for our family... Conveniently located directly across from Patong beach, and within walking distance of many great shops, massage places, restaurants... We loved that we were only moments away from the resort should we have enough of the bustle outside... The many pool areas and facilities are impeccably maintained... Happy hour by the pool is great value... Buffet breakfast in the morning is fantastic value and a great variety of items available... The Terazzo restaurant on the beachside is great value & food very nice... The activities are great and you couldn’t get better staff... Thank you to Anuwat, Charlie and Pear who went above and beyond to make our kids experience so special...

...The hotel is an open air resort facility in the lobby area BUT all of the facilities are airconditined... There were 3 or 4 pools and facilities have a special program for younger children... The facility is across the street from the beach, which is clean safe and beautidul...
