The pool area with adjoining restaurant/bar is very nice and relaxing (just sufficient levels of cuisine and drinks though) with quite friendly staff. The rooms (at least those on the right side of the bar) would need a good restyling starting with the bathrooms. Average cleanliness level more tending towards low. In the corridors I saw various junk piled up etc. Good location, a few steps walk from BanglaRoad, the hub of Patong's nightlife. An average level in general, however, to be recommended if they ask you for low rates

Boutique hotel with brilliant large, spacious, bright and well equipped rooms. Incredibly friendly staff, very well located almost centre of town (Patong beech) - but up a 50m driveway assuring you that no noise or any disturbances penetrate through.
Pool is long and slim and beautifully chilled and immaculately clean. Not much space for sunbeds and the sun only hits the pool and adjoining (very few and cramped together) sunbeds for 3 or so hours a day. (Buildings get in the way) However there is a sun lounge area above the bar that sees the sun all day.
Food was excellent and reasonably priced. I arrived peak season so was ripped off rendering low value for money - but out of peak the prices appear reasonable.
I would definitely go back - most of the other customers were Chinese with a scattering of Russians. A handful of Europeans as well.

This hotel is around 5mins walk to patong beach and 5-10mins walk to Central Patong and Bangla street. Convenience shop (7 Eleven) is across the street. Many eating and massage shops around the hotel and on main room. It is located further inside a small lane, so it is quiet.
Stayed in the pool access room. The room is good size. However, the balcony to the pool is a bit small. The pool access room is opposite the restaurant. So, most the time is not convenience to open the curtain to enjoy the pool view. Weird that no tea was provided in the room, only coffee. I do not drink coffee, so no chance to enjoy an afternoon tea by the pool. Have to go out to buy tea or drink. Also, no rack to put luggage in the room. Have to put on floor. Overall, it is a nice, clean and comfortable room for a good price. The room style is more Thai and oriental classic with dark wood. It is not modern design but more Thai/Asian classic style. Staff is friendly too.
Breakfast is mostly oriental and simple. From rice to noodles, toast and fruits.
Patong is around 1 hour from the Airport. Minivan to Patong is around 1.5hrs (need to wait for van to full, 11 people). The minivan will drop you at your hotel. However, at this month, off peak season, no minivan from Patong to Airport. The private taxi is THB600 per car that I booked from tour counter near hotel.

Ok the hotel is fine, pool area nice and breakfast select was decent. I was out of season but the hotel was still busy. Other solo’s couples and some families with older children. It’s about a 10 - 15 min walk from Bangla Street and the beach which in my view is perfect. Outside the resort as you walk down the single track road you get to the main road directly to the right of you is the best and cheapest massage place I went to. Foot massage and full body Thai Massage for 2 hours was about 400 THB ( so roughly £10).

The room was fine and comfortable although I had a double bed with a single duvet which was odd. Bathroom was good size with a separate bath and shower.

It’s green credentials are lacking. Rather than providing water in reusable glass bottles the used plastic but I did see the maid put them in a separate bag. The disposable sets in the bathroom were wrapped in single use plastics too.

I went to this place for 2 nights. The room was basic but clean and in a good condition. The pool is nice and the breakfast is not bad. This hotel is a Sha + meaning that it can be use for the first day quarantine when entering Thailand in order to comply with the difficult requirements. The staff is helpful and knew what to do and can assist with the complex steps for entering the country (which I believe it's easier now) such as prepaying a test before arrival or the transfer from the airport. This Hotel is located a bit off the main sights of Patong but the major places such as Bangla road and the beach are reachable by foot which takes around 10 minutes. However there's a few restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and massage place nearby. Overall this little resort has a good value of money and the location is fine.

The resort is set back about 100m from 'second' road so it's nice and quiet at night. The restaurant was not open for dinner and the gym was not open. Though their own website and online booking sites don't tell you this.
I stayed in a Superior room. Large room with small balcony. Everything worked okay. Lighting was okay. Enough hanging and storage space. The large size bed had clean linens with typical firmish mattress but comfortable enough.
The bathroom had a segregated shower. a central water system provided warm (not hot) showers and the pressure was okay.
Breakfast was a choice of set menus plus coffee, juice, toast and fruit. Filled me up.
I did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Happy to stay here again.

My recent stay at Palmyra Patong Resort in Phuket was nothing short of exceptional. The resort's lush tropical gardens and serene pool area provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. Exceptional breakfast and the rooms were spacious, clean, and exuded a comfortable elegance.

The resort's location is ideal for those looking to explore Patong Beach. It's just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife, shopping, and dining options, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat when needed.

Would highly recommend value for money Staff are wonderful and special mention to JJ who went above and beyond. Great location very clean large rooms and Amenities. The resort is relaxing and quite for everyone including families However and please take note owners the resort is starting to look tired and the Maintenace in rooms and around amenities is greatly lacking. Lick of paint and varnish and a detail room Maintenace program would only enhance this hidden gem. We will return.

Just a trip to see Patong, I live in Krabi and Phuket Island is only a few hours drive away. Tourism is the lifeblood of Phuket and at the present the Island is suffering greatly, the Hotels that are open are offering exceptional rates.
The Palmyra is a good example with spacious rooms, very clean and welcoming staff, the breakfast is good and the coffee excellent.
Location to the beachfront is a short walk and it’s surrounded by restaurants, all in all a good choice.

I travelled in April/May 2022. From the moment of arriving the staff were very helpful with an easy check-in, helping me to download the app for Covid tracking.I got a great deal and stayed in a pool access room next to the gym. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is good and room service is great as is the restaurant. Nice and quiet with the madness of Bangla road 7 minutes walk and the beach is 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars within minutes walk and laundry at the end of the driveway. I have stayed in hotels that charged up to 3 times the price and they dont come anywhere close to Palmyra Resort Hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will be returning.
