I just want to give a warm shout out to this hotel who gave me a full refund when we were sadly forced to cancel our booking due to the virus. I have stayed at this hotel and found their customer service to be A+++, and clearly that has not changed. Thank you B-Lay Tong, we will be back once this storm passes and can't wait for that!

WOW...I love it...right on the beach...a lot of art works...staffs so friendly...love the space and infinity pool...rain showers my favorite...looking to be back again soon...across from the beach that is bonus...Boom Boom Room and front beach to sitting in evening...awesome!!!

Right i arrived here on the 7th jan for weeks stay Wasnt welcomed any well by staff Guys all staff rude as hell non of them speak english to understand you all they say is yeah yeah yeah but never get anything you say for 5 star hotel really Ordered food at the pool started waiting for over 45mins when i got told it was gonna 15 mins Then i started to annoyed and asked they said you can cancel if u want i was like you really saying this really rude food ended up taking 1hr30mins Receptionist always on his phone video calling his family or fuk knows who and when you approach his like what Guys literally im shock fist time see anything like it This hotel is based on other stuff i guess not in operation for customers just based as if it is Generally quite no one stays here i guess Rooms were awful the stayed in ac was broken just puffing hot air and she had to change my room…

This hotel was in horrible condition. Upon arrival we were met by two people, one was Don, whom we later found was the manager as well as he served other rolls. The hotel smelled damp, muggy and appeared a bit ruined down. Nothing like the pictures!!! We were completely dissatisfied with the accommodations, food, lack of service...not to mention the dirtiness of the hotel. Never again !!

Most horrible hotel to stay. Stair case accessing beach road is designed very dangerously. I fell down while getting down from the steps & fractured 2 legs. Steps are made with rough stone & alternative steps are only half step instead of a full step. Minimum safety precautions are not taken, no hand rail, no warning signage boards, any fall on that steps is very fatal. I had to fly back to my home country for surgery. Rooms are not well maintained & are not as per shown in the pictures. Very bad odour & old A/C machines installed in rooms. No proper staff, no security at all it's very risky for anyone to stay there especially for single travellers & families

upon arrival we found the infinity pool was under major renovation with no water in it. This originally was the main draw card, so we cancelled our weeks stay and had to rebook some where else in Phuket. We were advised this was under renovation for a month so stay clear of this place until at least June 2019. Non of this is mentioned on their website btw.

This is a 2 or 3 star hotel! The rooms smell moldy so I assume that is why this strong candle was burning upon checking in. Bathroom smelled of urine, couldn't get tv cable to work and could only see clearly Asian channels. But we are Americans so fhat wasnt good. But the mgr offered a very late check out in which we were grateful Very DINGY towels and hotel needs more lighting at night. Breakfast was decent and it was right across from beach. Large rooms too but not worth the price we paid for staying there.

Really nice and friendly staff. We where treated very good. Room was very comfy. Breakfast was good but maybe something more for europian taste, sandwich things for excamble. But thats just my opiniom. Near to the beach also. Nothing to complain. We come again! And a big recommend from us!

Really nice location, and good rooms, had a great breakfast. the hotel swimming pool was awesome. Just next to Patong Beach board big one. The rooms are spacious and had good view. over all our stay was good.
