The best location, easy walk to the beach and you so close to nightlife in Patong, just a few minutes and you can reach Jung Ceylon and Central festival shopping malls, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was friendly, supportive and helpful. The hotel premise is nicely designed and decorated in Thai style with expensive items. Room a bit old but very clean and comfortable, feel like home. The toilet was clean. The bed was great. Service and breakfast are good. Everything was great and the price we paid for it was super reasonable. Definitely, I would recommend it to everybody. I hope we will back.
I stayed in Rendez Vous Hotel with my parents and friends. First to say that the stuff is really friendly and professional. They all speak good english, and there is even an Spanish guy, Alberto, who helped us a lot. Helped us to book the cruise along Halong Bay and recommended us some places to go. I would totally recommend this Hotel, and when i go back to Hanoi, i will definitely go back!! One thing to improve, is the Wifi, in the rooms we werent able to connect properly. Yes in the restaurant. (Breakfast is a 5 stars :) )
Owner rudely approached our 2,3 & 5yr olds and told them to "shut up" as they tried explaining to their mother they wanted a bottle of water. By which he Rudely shoved us all out as apparently clients were still asleep at 12pm on a noisey Phuket street. Probably a good place to stay if you need a hotel by the hour.
This is a great getaway from the main area. 5 min walk to beach and shopping. Rooms are spacious, clean and great value. Great to have a fridge in the room, I've stayed here before, and definitely would again. Enjoyable
I have stayed at this hotel before. It’s biggest advantage is the location inside Paradise Complex, with just a short walk to the beach. The hotel provides special towels for the beach. If you book your room at the website you will receive complimentary breakfast, otherwise charged 120-160bath. The breakfast is standardised with two fried eggs, two sandwich, a croissant and unlimited coffee and juice. The rooms is simple but clean. The bed is queen size and I slept good after changing the pillow to a softer model. Unfortunately this hotel uses a strange key system that not feels reliable. The hotel owner’s are available until 10pm and after that you open the main door with your magnetic key. The room key must be used in a certain way to work. I had no problem with the room door but I felt very un-secure every night when I was returning to the hotel in the early morning. If the key was not mounted properly the door would not open. One night I stood there trying for several minutes until I managed to open the door. There is no elevator and the stairs are asian style so be careful how you put your feets. The french owner has his own (french) style but is actually friendly. When you need information or wants something you always get fast help. The internet is not so fast. I had some problems with the internet speed going up and down. One day I went to a nearby restaurant and tried their internet and it had good speed so I feel that the bad speed is due to the hotel’s slow ISP connection. The hotel is in need of a modernisation in my opinion. And I would prefer more options for the breakfast.…
