We stayed at this hotel for nearly three weeks, and our experience was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located, with a convenient 10-minute walk to both Bangla Road and Patong Beach, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area Also, just outside, you have all you need to be good, laundry, restaurants, massage, SPA etc.
The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. There are two pools, two pool bars, and two restaurants — one for breakfast ( affordable and good) and the other for lunch, dinner, or just enjoying a cocktail. The rooms are spotless and come in various types; we highly recommend the Pool Access rooms as they are spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning works silently, which is a huge plus during the hot nights, and the bathrooms are well-equipped.
The hotel has undergone renovations, and it’s clear they pay attention to maintaining it in excellent condition. Under the management of Madame OUI, who is very focused on customer service and quality, the entire team is professional and truly cares about their guests. Under the supervision of Monsieur MARK, the Desk manager, team always ready to assist, ensuring you feel taken care of, like you’re at home.
Special mention goes to the bartender, Mr. JUK, at the pool bar. He made excellent cocktails, played great music, and delivered top-notch customer service with a big smile. Our room was kept immaculate thanks to Madame WIEN and the cleaning staff, who worked hard every day to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, pricing, and, most importantly, the exceptional customer service provided by top-notch employees. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to main tourist areas but far enough to be able to get away from it all. Another positive is the staff, they are all very friendly and connect with you once you have been there a few days, although one staff member whose name I cannot remember was not that good. Do nt remember his name but he was bald and has funny teeth, he was not good at recognising longer term guests even though he saw them on a regular basis, he seemed more interested in his mobile phone most of the time. Th pool areas are very nice and the pools are kept very clean. But cleanliness seems a bit of a problem in this hote as they do not appear to have enough cleanning staff, tables in the pool area are not wiped clean after use and the I would see the poor cleaner trying to keep every area clean with his mop but on his own was always fighting a losing battle. Our room cleaner was also very poor, she was not really a cleaner as all she seemed to do was replenish towels, coffee and tea and make the bed, the flowers were hardly ever swept and the bathroom sink and surrounding surface would not be wiped down, I must say that this seemed to be a problem woth this particular cleaner as when she was off we noticed the difference! The music played at the main pool was the same every day on a loop and was just dance music when the average age of the people around the pool was 40 to 80! Most people found it annoying. The breakfast was average and after a few days monotonous as it was the same every day, I have been in hotels all over the world and an effort is made to provide some different items every day while keeping the main staples of eggs, toast and fruit. The staff were all very hard working but there was not enough of them, more staff would make everything work much better. We also found that there were inconsistencies, at breakfast some people were stopped from taking a small cake or a cup of coffee out of the restaurant while other filled bags or wlked out with a plate full of food, you either have the staff to stop everyone or if not better not to stop anyone. Same with the pool, I saw the security guard ask a mature couple who were having a quiet swim to get out of the pool as it was 8.30 pm(pool closed at 8pm) and then the next night there was a lrge group of young people in the pool at 9.30pmwith the bar open for them and the music on! That is not on, you have to be consistent in the way you great guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay but htere are issues that need to be sorted out which would then make it a great hotel. Would we stay again, probably asd overall it was a pleasant stay. We travel extensively all over the world and have been to many hotels so this review should be taken as constructive criticism in order that improvements can be made as the rtaw materials are already there.

NOK was really friendly in the pool bar. She makes the day brighter if that’s even possible with the heat and sunshine here. She is always smiling and happy. Great playlist of music too by the pool from 11am til late in the evening.
My house keeping in room 3121 was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and even on her day off, she made sure I had clean towels and bins were emptied.
Receptionists were great. My room key stopped working and they realised it was because I kept my phone and key together. They always activated my key without any problems even when I made the mistake more than twice.
Breakfast was always a treat. So much variety and your eggs are made to how you want them. Scrambled, fried, omelette or any other way. Nothing was too much trouble. He knew I was vegetarian so he would clean the pan before making my food in it in the morning. Thank you for your consideration.

I love this hotel. I've stayed before and love the location, far enough away from the party noise of Bangla Road, yet close enough to walk there, and to the shops and the beach. Two pools, larger one 3 mtrs deep which I love, all facilities are great. Happy Juk and Nok at the pool bar looked after my daily cocktails and food needs poolside, the always smiling and friendly Buotong made sure my room was spotless, Mon and Mark on reception answered all my questions and provided great knowledge of local tips. Would stay again.

We recently returned from our Thailand trip and while in Phuket, we stayed at Sawaddi Patong for 3 nights (2 + 1). The hotel is decent - small but good rooms, extremely comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Bangla Road is a 15-minute walk from the hotel and there are a number of restaurants and spa options near the hotel. The pool at the hotel is very good (although we did not use it at all :) ). The only drawback we felt was that the hotel staff is extremely money minded and were looking for the smallest of reasons to charge extra money from the guests. Examples - initially we stayed for 2 nights and were asked to give a 1000 THB deposit which is standard across Thailand. We returned for another night on the last day our trip and the lady at the reception asked us for a 2000 THB deposit! While questioning she could not offer any explanation for the same. They also check minute details, for instance if you have taken the laundry bag from the room :D. I felt this was quite ridiculous! All in all the hotel is decent and not a bad option for your stay in Phuket!

It is the 2nd time I've been here in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Reception staff is always smiling. The cleaning lady is perfect, always smiling, every day cleans the room and asks If I need something. Room is very great. The Hotel did everything that I feel comfortable at my holiday. There are 2 seven elevens near the hotel. You can buy anything whenever you want. Patong Beach, Bangla street, jungceylon and Central Phuket shopping Malls are only 10 minutes by walk. Very well maintained and quiet hotel, very nice clean pool and lots of deckchair available
Rooms are clean and spacious, beware of aging equipment that malfunctions. Small negative we found a cockroach in the room but we did not see any after.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good but not varied, it is the same every day.
