Location is a little further from the beach but we still loved where it was at. Lots of food all around. There's a taxi stand right outside the property and they have a car you can rent. The 2 pools are very pretty. Rooms are a bit smaller then what I'm used to but they felt clean. Very cool designs and decor through out the hotel. When you walk in the front desk workers are warm and inviting. Every worker smiles and greets you. The bell guy was readily available. And I especially loved how they made me feel very special on my birthday. I heard a knock on the door and when I opened it they had sent me a cake. We didn't mention that it was my birthday during my stay but they must have noticed. It was a very sweet gesture. I love the open spaces and definitely will bring my tribe to stay there again the next time we are in phuket!!…

My family of 6 adults booked with Sawaddi Patong for 5 nights. The first night was a studio room for all. Our room are located at the back of the property with nice views of the hills. Room was clean and cosy with minimal toiletries. All rooms come with a balcony. For the remaining nights, we had all upgraded to deluxe rooms. More toiletries offered in the bigger rooms. Also the room offers YouTube and the various in-house movie channels. Bigger balcony facing the pool and it’s closer to the main building which house the reception, hotel lobby and main entrance. Bangla street and most eateries plus shopping malls like Central mall and Jungceylon are located about 15mins walk from hotel location. Buffett breakfast serves both international and local dishes with one live station. We had a fabulous dinner on our last night and we would come back just for the ribeye steak and mango sticky rice! Hotel staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful in all queries and assistance. A handful of staff we recalled are Mon, Arm, Gyu and especially Chai who helped my family arranged local transport for our day trip out to Old Phuket Town and Kingpower shopping mall. We would recommend the studio room if you have a full packed itinerary for the trip that only requires a good night rest and a shower. My friends and I stayed here for 3 night. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were extremely helpful and the location was near to good food and massage. I would highly recommend this hotel to any age group.

I stayed over 10 days in this hotel as solo traveler. Good value for the money. South Wing is renovated and rooms are modern, while North wing rooms are a little older. Also in North wing noise insolation is a problem as you can hear the next room. Wifi is free but not very stable. 2 bottles of water for free in room. If you take superior's room, coffee and water are paying. Room cleaning and towels are changed every day. Hotel is guest friendly , so you can bring someone to your room . Pool is big and nice however the bar closes at 7 PM. There are some services nearby the street, hair-salon, pharmacy, 7-11, Laundry and Thai restaurants. The only negative point of the hotel is the location which is about 10-15 min walking from center but for me it was no problem to walk.

Nice hotel. Pool hours 8 am to 8 pm meant you would likely not be able to use the pool if you did a tour - i.e., leaving before opening and getting back close to closing. I only stayed two nights because I was flying out after scuba diving.

Good hotel, checkin was quick. The property is huge than it looks in the pictures. There two swimming pools. Breakfast had limited options. We stayed in studio rooms and the space was enough. The room cleaning staff is very courteous and hardworking. The pool table was not free and the lobby in our wing had no staff and they would switch off all the fans in the evening.

Thank you for hosting my wife and I on my first trip to Phuket. The hotel was beautiful and my room was clean and modern. Your staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with recommendations of day and night markets. This Patong Hotel is quite central and close to beach road and the famous Bangla road.
