We lived here for 17 days and were very pleased! Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms, since the cleaning was really excellent, clean linen, towels were always changed and the floors were washed for 5+! The TV in the room is a large smart TV! There is a Wi-Fi router in every room! Great big balcony! The location of the hotel is in a quiet place, not far from the Freedom beach, we were on a bike and everything suited us, in the evening you can easily walk to all places👌 7/11 and Tops Daily stores are nearby. Special thanks to the hotel staff, absolutely everyone is polite, kind and professional! Breakfast is good, but we are not picky) vegetables, fruits, eggs, coffee ✔️ Well, the pool is large, clean, there were always sunbeds! Stayed at the hotel in July 2024, couple. The cleaning is great, but the hotel does not take care of the greenery at all, it is scarce, but it is in such a deplorable condition. There was a fifth time in Phuket without a baby this time, so they chose an easier hotel. Breakfasts are delicious, and there are leaflets and notes to get you. On the menu, egg, omelet, rice and egg a couple of kinds, noodles 3 kinds. No sweet pastries, coffee, tea, juices. The hotel was almost empty, when more live, they put a buffet, the menu is the same. The hotel is not for hiking, is at the exit from Patong on the road to Karon, everyone who lives there rents a bike. Peace and quiet in the hotel. We only slept there, it was a great holiday for that price.

Rather 'un-welcome' welcome by them, not sure the reason the receptionist had a hard rough despised look, not just once, each time I met him. Booked online without much research. Seemingly the dark purple color was inspired by some rustic fantasy. Swimming pool is ok, breakfast modest. Bed had a sag and balcony immediately facing other balcony at cross angles, woah !! Notice the toiletries(soap and shampoo) wrap as if they its the clean'est' soap that I have and will ever use :) Asked for swimming towels multiple times, they said they don't have it and pretend as if not understood me, till I went ahead and showed them on the right corner by touching it, they gave me this time, though with big unwillingness for some reason written on their face

2* hotel, I can’t give more. As soon as we arrived, I wanted to leave immediately. Dirt everywhere, I have attached a photo (for example, the bedside table in the room) Everything is old and shabby. The door closes with a very interesting lock)) Breakfast is a separate form of art; it’s literally impossible to eat at all; I only had to drink water. There is no elevator, you have to walk to the 4th floor. No one helped to carry the suitcase, the air conditioning does not work well, the room is stuffy. The staff is unhappy, except for the girls who clean the rooms. There is an angry Thai guy at the reception who doesn’t want to solve the problem with the dirt and the broken air conditioner. Speaks only all questions to the agent. Bottom line: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Never. For that kind of money there is no service at all.

We lived in the hotel in June 2023. Breakfast consisted of one or two dishes, which were not fresh and cold. The hotel has rats that run around at night. They chewed candy in the room and ruined things. We had to sleep with the lights on, as rats ran around and scared the guests. The staff does not react in any way to the presence of rats in the hotel. The location is good, close to the market and shops. The only positive thing is that the pool is clean. Transfer in the morning to the beach and in the evening from the beach to the hotel.

Only stayed one night for transit and it was such a mistake booking this hotel. The room was rubbish, it was smelly and the shower curtain was tearing and filthy (mildew growing) and stains in the tub. The bed was hard as rock. Read some reviews before booking this hotel but never imagined this level of service.
They could not find our booking so we thought maybe it was only a booking and that payment was to be made at the hotel.We booked online via agoda but payment details were taken under booking.com but we didn't realise this at the time. We arrived late 8pm and didn't want to contest too much since we had an early 7am checkout. We figured they will find the booking eventually and sort it out the next morning.
When we checked out (we already had a car waiting for us) they only refunded the deposit - which meant that we had paid TWICE for one night stay. Only managed to check our credit card statement that payment was taken upon booking, weeks ago!
When we contacted the hotel a few days later to refund the credit card transaction, the manager claimed that the AM staff on shift had refunded both THB1000 and THB1350. So we demanded that they checked their CCTV, and they did not respond since.
There was a receipt issued for both deposit and the one night stay but they conveniently "could not find the documents".
Very dishonest.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN.

At this price, we are expecting more, this is a hotel that is slightly better than a budget hotel, it's far from patong beach too. U can't request for second set of key, the air-cond is set at 29c, after I complain I came back to my room and found out its 26c...wtf?

First of all bwahh what a terrible colour,maybe the same owner as simon cabaret down the road?Swimming pool ok and clean just a congested feeling between the surrounding buildings,The breakfast is the most terrible we ever had in Asia,no cheese,no cold cuts,juice beurk,egg station ok,bacon one day yes the other nope for the bacon,friendly staff?maybe one guy.Ask for a room on the first our second floor because you don't want to do the stairs to the fourth floor,if you like hard bedding this is the place for you,matrasses are like concrete,so don't forget pain medication,wifi ok 200 baht 160 min,100 baht for 70 min,when you check in or out insist to have your bags carried or you will do it yourself;conclusion not for me this place,the bathroom is ok but small,the airco is ok,As a conclusion my opinion is that this hotel is fine for young people who wants to be close to Patong,just out of the hustle and bustle,BUT YOU NEED TRANSPORTATION!!!!Car or Motorbike it is to far away from beaches and the center of Patong to walk.
