The staff were amazing, and the service was very fine. We Enjoyed our stay. The rooftop pool had an amazing view. The view from the balcony was extremely nice we couldn't stop taking photos. Everything was perfect.

Great staff, the location is perfect and the rooftop bar, pool and service is fantastic. The food is great and service is also great. Dj at the pool. House keeping could be slightly better though. Thank you for your hard work!

Travel to phuket on the 18 august to the 25 august stay at the Marina Phuket The hotel clean and the presentation well maintained The first contract of staff was the front desk for check-in, we was greeted with a warm good afternoons. The check-in was easy and very well informed of the hotels facilities. As as seasonal travel the young man at the front desk (Paul) was very professional was a great help in informing us times of services hour. Every staff member we was in contact was friendly Breakfast service and food was very good plenty of choices to choose from . Had a afternoon in the pool clean awesome views hotel provided towels and well priced drinks too Our room was clean and large enough for 2 people with a bath too We used the front desk many a times and was very lucky to get Paul ,as usual he was awesome in the way helping us as first time traveller to phuket with the hotel having beach towels for the day at the beach and that the hotel has a local tourist agent for booking day trips . On a personal note the young man from the front desk Paul made to stay enjoying with a friendly greeting and farewell each time he would see us and going that extra mile in helping us if we was unsure of. Please thanks Paul for his services Hoping to return next year to see his smiling face …

The overall feeling of the hotel was very pleasant, 4 adults checked in and stayed for 9 nights. The hotel is very clean and the staff are so welcoming. The amenities provided were excellent and all 4 of us would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel very clean rooms cleaned every day, staff very nice and polite nothing a problem, seen me to the car holding umbrella in the rain, took bags to room, breakfast lovely caters for everyone. Bedroom was large and shower was great hot water all times. Roof top bar was amazing, nobody ever holding seats with towels so one was always available and a short walk to Bangla Paul very friendly every morning would highly recommend and stay here again thank you so much
