Detailed Reviews
Hotel room looks exactly as it does on the photos. Staff were friendly and helpful. The road where it is situated is busy but far enough away from Bangla Road to avoid the noise. It’s about 100m from the beach also.
We had a short but pleasant stay here.
Only negative is the hot tub. We were on floor 4 so close to it but it was filthy. It needs emptying and scrubbed clean which was a shame as I was looking forward to sitting in it and getting a skyline view of Patong and the beach.

Very well located hotel, 5 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins walk from Bangla Road.
Nice jacuzzi on the roof.
Small swimming pool in the building opposite.
Welcome and pleasant service.
Around €84 per night.
I recommend mainly for the location. In the heart of Patong.

Booked 3 nights in this hotel near the end of a month travelling through Vietnam and Thailand. This was easily the worst room I had during that time and far from the cheapest. Booked a loft wing room that looked promising on the photos and was looking forward to my stay in phuket.
Unfortunately the room looked nothing like the pictures, it was old, dirty and the wallpaper was practically hanging off. My stay was completely spoiled by the fact they put me in a room with a connecting door to the next room that was paper thin, locked by a small hook and you could see through gaps in it! I could hear EVERYTHING.. TV, talking, noise from the shower/toilet. I had a family with small children next door I spent 2 nights with absolutely no sleep.
On the 3rd night I fell asleep only to be woken up in the middle of the night by somebody rattling the connecting door I got up to see what was happening to find a pair of eyes staring through the door into my room. I opened the main door to find it was a member of staff reassuring the new guest the connecting door was locked by waking me up and creeping me out.
Having asked to be moved from the first hour I spent in the room until the last night only to be told there was no rooms left but for new guests (I imagine hadn't payed upfront like me) arriving all the time.
The bare minimum you expect from a hotel is a private room you can get some sleep in. Ultimately I payed 2500bht a night for a hostel.
The location is perfect if you're staying in patong hence the price which would have only been worth 500bht maximum in mainland Thailand without the connecting door.
Unacceptable to book this room out to anyone else other than a family staying in both rooms.

To absolutely avoid 😱😱
Dilapidated swimming pool and jacuzzi does not match the photos, plus swimming pool in another building so you have to go outside and cross a road to get there
Same room, only a bathtub so we put water everywhere for this shower because poorly done it's hellish
Very arrogant, incompetent staff and don't care about customers (never seen that in Thailand)
Although you pay for the room for 2 you will have to add 500bath per day for your friend even if it is the same person several days 😱😱
Towels are also chargeable anyway, so on.
Really don't get FUCKED

Booked this for two nights because it looked fine and although slightly expensive it was just after new year so no issues.
Upon arrival we had to wait until 2pm for our room, no issue. Then when being given key to room we proceeded to have what I would call a lecture. Signs everywhere telling you what you can and can’t do as in most hotels which is fine, but then reception proceeded to pick up every sign and go through and say understand after it ? I’m 52 and not an imbecile. Never had that before in any hotel in Asia as the signs are usually clear enough.
Anyway, got to room, no issues at all. Room although little dated was lovely. Bed was very hard even for Thailand. Discovered toilet wouldn’t flush, and mo we hadn’t put paper down. Got someone to sort it but still not brilliant.
Went to go get food and was told we had to leave our room key at reception? Didn’t like doing this as they would leave reception for periods of time unattended but we had to comply or face a fine.
Then discovered that the jacuzzi was out of action from 2/1-15/1 although no mention of this on website when booking.
Pool is in a different building across a courtyard. Nice pool area but small. 4 sunbeds ????
No further issues u til we checked out. They told us we had broken the plastic bottle for body wash dispenser which we hadn’t. Then proceeded to charge us 400 baht for the privilege. Despite us saying we hadn’t done it and a replacement would never cost 400 baht we had to oay which is almost £10gbp
Staff weren’t very friendly which is very unusual in Thailand and we didn’t feel welcome at all.
We’ve stayed in worse hotels and better hotels snd have never anywhere else experienced such a place to constantly look for ways to fine you. Would never stay here again.

I will start that i booked deluxe room and i get the lowest kind of room that was totally different from the pictures (the girl in the reception told me that the pictures are since 10 years which is their problem!!) , the staff dont know to talk in english (while its tourists island and they don't have even the minimum vocabulary) . I noted in my booking that im asthmatic and i order room with a balcony but get a roof of a store down and some bites. The hotel is in very low conditions and not in hygienic standards. I stayed less than 5 min and left couldn’t stay there. Im not recommending at all.
When i asked to talk with manger they claim that he is in vacation and they cant contact him cause they dont have the phone number and there is no one to talk to him

Very bad and old hotel - very old - bad smells in the old rooms -
The most horrible hotel we know since we come to Thailand for many years.
Staff do not know anything about working with tourists --
The employees make you feel very uncomfortable -- feeling permanently watched during your stay .. very unpleasant ...
we strongly advise against this hotel ..

Very friendly staff. However, this was my most horrible hotel experience due to the state of the rooms. I was initially offered a change of room which was better than the initial room but still not up to the minimum standard. The rooms conditions were:
1. musky smell as if not been occupied for years,
2. The bedroom conditions here very poor with mole on headboard and walls.
3. The bathroom contains moles.
I ended checking out and going into another hotel. When the booking agent report my situation, they hotel said they would not refund or partially refund my stay.

We booked the Rayaburi for the last two weeks of our 6 week holiday, how we were disappointed. Nothing like the website photo's. The pool was not at this hotel and the spa on the roof looked like it was too gungy even for fish.
The breakfast was at another hotel and the promised balcony was a joke. needless to say we only stayed one night. the worst hotel on our holiday.

I think I paid about 450 THB for the shuttle. I think it is one price for the shuttle. I had an early flight back to HKG.
Just book the room for 4 ppl otherwise the charge can be up to $55 extra for a guest and the just get a roll away bed.
We stayed in a deluxe room. But I kindly request you to find out if this is in the old wing or the new wing. The rooms in the old wing are not food. And if you do have an option, please consider looking for another hotel.
Yes there is a cover charge for extra guests
