the location was excellent as it was close to the shopping mall and only a short walk to the beach. All the staff were so friendly and ready to help at any time ,the food was excellent. And the pool was well located .the room was value for money as we only stayed in a standard room .

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. From the first day till the last they were helpful in everyway. Very safe area and close to everything. The breakfast was great and having been to Phuket twice before I would recommend to go during low season as it is a lot more laid back and relaxing. Patong can be busy of...

Pro's Super close to Bangla Road and shopping. Staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were cleaned daily. Con's The bed. Oh my. Hard is understated. The buggest issue was the plumbing. Toilet tissue blocked it up. Had to get maintenance out 2 days in a row before giving up on using it. Tailor vendor was very aggressive. Not...

Explained the ground level pool was closed maintenance and only the roof top pool open (no problem) no...

Stay anywhere else but here! The so called deluxe rooms have beds harder than boards, a hot water jug but no tea, coffee or cups, a shower with a stained plastic screen around it and a shower head that floods the entire floor and toilet area. The reception staff are very unfriendly and when not being rude are condescending. We tipped the...

This is one of the cheaper hotels we stayed in. Love the location and breakfast was also reasonable :) Did find the bed was a bit uncomfortable and aircon was a little noisy but we did enjoy our stay. Right in the heart of Patong!
