The hotel is very near to the shops, 7-11 is near. The staff at the reception are very kind and friendly, even the bellboy isbvery helpful. The room is clean and cozy, we will definitely comeback again.

It has a good location as it’s in a short distance to beach and all the services that a tourist needs , the rooms are comfortable and neat, It’s excellent and I really recommend it. The staff is friendly and very cooperative.

My friend and I were booked in for a month, first impressions were actually quite good, staff friendly enough. Breakfast, after a couple of them, gave it a miss after that...mostly cold when I got to the restaurant. One meal in their restaurant, it was terrible. Air con in the room, very noisy. However, one night when I was bringing a guest to the hotel, I was verbally attacked by one of the staff...humiliatingly in front of other staff and guests...never been spoken to like that ever before...there was no attempted contact the next day from management to discuss the issue or even apologize. This lady was as mental as anyone I've ever encountered. I enquired the next morning about check out policy as still had two weeks to go, paid up. They just said no refund would be available. From that day, staff attitudes towards me changed and it became a very uncomfortable place to stay. Only one of the receptionist, Oam / QAm was the only staff member who maintained her professionalism and friendliness. I never normally write reviews, but felt this probably worst hotel I've stayed at, and the review was necessary. The room cleaning declined after the incident, towels would be forgotten to be left, water bottles forgotten...it was like it was an attempt to get me to leave. So I did, I left with one weeks charging owing to me but not refunded. …

The staff are very frenulum especially the receptionist and the manager, they are all smiling and they even gave us a free upgrade to pool access which I very appreciate. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The staff is friendly and helped me changing me to a better room. Cons: Breakfast 200 baht, poor options, not cheese available. White bath towels looked dirty and worn. Bathroom was dirty, even the bathtub looked new but dirty. Noisy air conditioning, technician said because they are old, I was unable to fall asleep because of the noise, staff moved me to a different room. Swimming pool looks stunning on the pictures, I went for a swim, water was smelly and some areas of the wall I could see the moss. To get into the pool, I felt unsafe as there is not handle available, I also could see a lady on her sixties falling on the floor when trying to get out of the pool. I stayed three nights, I wouldn’t never come back to this hotel.

The 2 receptionist are very chatty which I like 👍 I think they are not Thai because they speak very good english and very polite, all the things that I requested such as charger they are ready to let me borrow. The room was clean, the balcony is very spacious you can get your tan skin at the balcony. But there was a problem with the aircon and they let me change to upgraded room. I will definitely comeback again in my future travel and will recommend this hotel to my friends.
