Ideal location: only 5 min (by tuktuk) from Mae Hong Son Airport and in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the town's center. Rooms are small huts that are perfectly maintained, cleaned and in remarkable condition. Free coffee throughout the stay. Only down side: Pool needs to be better and more often cleaned.

Strategic location with night market just right in front and 2 mins walking to the main street. Each bungalow for two person. Bungalow surrounding the pool which located at the middle. Rooms and bed are consider good, just that the broken toilet door need to be repaired. And perhaps the cleanliness in front of each bungalow need to be taken...

Piyas Guesthouse couldn`t be on a better place. Right in the center of Mae Hong Son at the wonderful little lake. Everything which could be important in a 5 minutes walking distance. Staff always cleaning the place, pool very nice, rooms ok. Price very good. Go there!

The hotel is so strategically located that there can be no better anywhere in Mae Hong Son. Apart from being essentially lakeside, the colorful night market is also right at the hotel's doorstep. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely grounds with a nice swimming pool too.

Stayed three nights. Appreciated the 'bungalow' layout as it felt spacious with the hall, desk and patio outside. The complimentary coffee was great but would have appreciated some fruits as well. Still there are loads of places to eat just steps away!. The staff are helpful. The internet was iffy. Overall I had a positive and enjoyable experience and would...

I had the most wonderful experience in this family-owned Guest House! The location is perfect, right across the lake and next to two famous temples. If you wanted to you could even walk from the airport. The Guesthouse is made up of bungalows that are all well furnished. Right in the middle you will find a lovely garden and nice...
