Perfect location. Boutique hotel with modern designed. Room is not spacious but OK. No elevator. No restaurant you have to have breakfast at another restaurant across the street. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Over priced hotel selling itself as boutique just because it has themed rooms. Air con does not work and lizard in room. Animal noises from the roof, plus smell of drains in communal areas. First aid plaster over spy all in door and staff who could not be bothered! No lift or porter to help with bags - Hotel is four stories high! Uncomfortable beds. Luckily we stayed only one night! We had had a long journey through Cambodia and had stayed in non air con rooms so we were looking forward to air con and comfortable beds. We arrived at 9pm in the evening and checked in, then went straight out to eat. We returned about 11pm and turned air con on to 18 degrees centigrade, but continually awoke during the night due to the heat and uncomfortable bed.

At first this hotel looks premium, however the only thing premium in this place is the decor. Not sure where to start but, first the hotel stinks of sewage, the locks to the rooms don’t operate properly, birds live in the roof above the forth floor so don’t expect any sleep from them scratching around, that’s if you can get to sleep since the air con won’t work. Also expect to be bitten buy mosquitoes and don’t even think about getting you bags up the stairs since there is no porter, no lift. The breakfast is extremely poor served by the restaurant across the road which only serves bland tasting rice soup or dodgy eggs with deep fried bacon. On top of this, don’t expect any sympathy from the staff because they don’t care, complain and all they do is shrug their shoulders and let you check out. Well hopefully if they read this post they will learn that customers complaints need to be addressed and not ignored.

I like the room but the thing was considering more is the cooler of air conditioner and my room was on the 4 floors with no elevator if you have a luggage with heavy weights you need to carry by yourself
