Horrible!!! They had a big party downstairs at the cafe. As we complained that it is unacceptably loud and we need to get up early, the management didn’t care. So we moved out and didn’t get our money back. I’ve never seen something unprofessional like this!! NEVER AGAIN AND MAXIMUM DISAPPOINTET

Small room (garden view, where there was no actual garden to view) and the shower had a significant amount of buildup in it, the toilet lid always had to be down, as the water had a bit of a smell to it, the pool is hot and small and very chlorinated. The breakfasts are yuuuuuum, but don’t vary much day to day. The hotel is open and not air conditioned (your rooms are though). Great location though, walking distance to the Ao Nang markets, and great restaurants line the roads. Staff are polite and helpful. I’d pick this hotel for its location more than any other reason. Very close to some great day trip spots

My boyfriend and I were so excited to stay here. It looked edgy and fun and different yet 5 stars and luxurious. It was none of these things. First off let me say that I am not a snobby traveler. I've stayed in hostels all across europe and ALL of them were better than Maneetel was. First off the hotel looks like a cheaply thrown together concrete that they swirled the edges to add a "cool" effect. Which worked for the promotional photos. In reality it looks cheap and messy and its loud AF. Every door closing sounds a gong. We were willing to ignore all of that. We were not willing to ignore the dozens of ants that infested our room the first night. And the large beetle that was crawling on my pillow as I turned over to go to sleep. After repeated complaints to the front desk they finally moved us. The next morning we went to breakfast where after I put my food on a table (in their dining room) and went to get coffee i came back to find my breakfast covered in ants. They were going to put us back in the same room after they has sprayed it for bugs which is impossible to fix the problem immediately. We were very civil and simply asked for a refund and we would find a new hotel that wasnt invested. THEY REFUSED. The only thing they offered was IF we found more bugs they would upgrade us. But only if we found more bugs. It was the most frustrating and disappointing experience I've ever had with a hotel. We cut our losses, checked out that day and found a new hotel. Do not stay here!
