It is located in town. Easy to commute. The furniture is luxury for the room which can accessed from walkway. This is good for family. Garden on the walkway, full of tree. Cant believe it located in the mid of the town Small room is too small but it cheap but not suit for family traveller. You can have local food as complimentary breakfast if your package is included. If not, just few step out of the hotel, there is few good famous breakfast available. Street shopping for silk.

Piman Garden Hotel is a nice , quiet hotel centrally located in a somewhat congested, gritty area of Khon Kaen. There are some restaurants and a Family Mart on the same block and a 7/11 2 blocks away. The staff is friendly although when I signed in the desk person tried to up my room price by 200 THB. Few of the staff know English very well. The breakfast is adequate with both western and Thai selections. The rooms are small but clean. Good A/C, good wifi. Only one electrical outlet that was accessible but pull the mattress down a little and there are 2 more where the bedside lamps plug in. The garden area in the center of the hotel makes for a pleasant atmosphere. A good value for the price. I would stay here again mainly because of the price.

When we booked we were told it included a breakfast buffet. When we came down to breakfast it was ala carte. Were told the occupancy was too low. Very disappointing. We were told to order what we liked from the menu. Basic hotel. Nothing fancy.
