This is the 3rd time I stayed at the hotel. Its location in the centre of town is the reason we chose this hotel for our group of 12 golfers. There is ample parking space in the front of the hotel for mini buses and cars. Directly opposite the hotel is a 711 store and a pharmacy nearby. An open... More

The staff are really friendly & helpful. Check in took a little while as they seem to be busy all the time. The room was very large but dated. The bathroom was very small & dated. The hotel is close to many amenities.

Whilst I understand that the price was cheap, I've stayed in better accommodation in the area for less that was cleaner and more roomy. The included breakfast did not have much to choose from Saw the staff move a mattress, condition was terrible, was to scared to look at the mattress in my room

Nice Hotel in the centre of town. Welcoming staff who listen and try to accommodate your needs. Rooms are a little tired looking as the hotel is quite old, but beds are comfortable. Within easy reach of the bridge and main road to the waterfalls and hot springs. Good.

The hotel is can not be reached by car. They have a dock to leave your vehicle & you take a boat to the hotel dock. From the dock you have to walk up hill for about 300 feet. I know your wondering about your luggage & if you can manage it. You can because the hotel has it put... More

I stayed here meeting with friends, From the moment I arrived I was very unimpressed. I have had better service in a cheap guesthouse than i got here for 3 times the price, upon arrival there was no bell boy to assist with the bags and the reception staff seemed to be bothered by my presence. The hotel is completely... More

We stayed in a family room with 3 single beds - great as our 10 year old needs her own bed. Good sized room with large tv and plenty of storage space for baggage. No coffee making facilities in the room, but the breakfast is ample. Swimming pool good size, comfortable sun loungers.

My boyfriend and I stayed here from January 5th-8th, 2016. I gave this hotel 2 stars because it is in need of major renovations. It is not as disgusting as come people say, but yes you see a lot of tropical cockroaches (we caught 2 in our room in 3 days) and the bed sheets are very worn out, the... More
