The location is superb...and the pool is big and well kept...the restaurant is a bit expensive but decent...but the very average rooms do not justify the high room rates...in room wifi was also useless (lobby was a little better)...staff are not proficient in English to deal with foreign guests, so be prepared for every interaction to take a bit longer...

The grounds in this hotel are quite quirky and well laid out with lots of great views, however the rooms are in need of renovation, especially the shower area which was really poor. Also the breakfast was not that good.

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a nice and big resort. Rooms are nice and clean and well looked after. The only down side of this hotel is that i feel the reaturant need seeing to as service is slow and waiting staff our not intested in looking after you. Rather than them coming...

I really enjoyed my stay at this property but I would say that if you are after a luxurious experience up in Kanchanburi look elsewhere. It feels like a school camp to be honest - which as I get older did bring back a lot of fond memories. The grounds are very large and there are many many activities to...

Tucked away in Kanchanaburi is this little gem. Staff are friendly and very helpfull. Rooms, though smaller are very well kept and the buffet style breakfast is quite the introduction to the Thai way of life.

This is a hotel with a very nice setting and location, friendly staff as well. We arrived and requested in advance a room with a Kingsize bed and Non smoking. We experienced it was far from full but despite ample space, we got a room with 2 twin beds and a smoking room as well. Not a very good first...

Absolutely stunning location and hotel grounds but that is about as good as it gets, Big shame ! Rooms need a massive overhaul, said to my wife it was probably great to stay here about 15 years ago, Also we weren't allowed to leave and even threatened with being charged until they had found a small face towel in our...

The grounds of this resort are awesome! However the customer service was poor! We requested two extra pillows, they had to get permission from the manager to give them to us. In addition I washed my face to get the make up off and dried my face with the white towel. Some make up rubbed off on the towel. The...

The study tour we were on only spent one night here. Our room was two twin beds. The beds and the bathroom were both clean, which is really all I ask when I'm staying somewhere. The pool was definitely the nicest part of this resort. It was very large and well taken care of. They had a bar area, but...
