More or less, you get what you pay for. Kind of worn down place but still clean and you dont feel the quality is bad. The Bed was nice and after a whole day in Erawan waterfalls you will appreciate it. Really recommend it as it was just about 10 min walk from the busstation and nice place to just sleep in between the stops you do in Thailand .

We had some delicious craft beer-- hard to come by in thailand-- and enjoyed the Thailand-myanmar soccer game with the operator and some local patrons. The owner was really friendly and helped us plan a motorbike excursion to Huai Mae Khamin. Highly reccomend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful although their English wasn't great. The hotel is very basic but clean. The only issue I would say is that it is about a 15/20 min walk to the nearest restaurants but other than that it is worth a stay as there is not many hotels in the area.

We stayed here for one night to visit Erewan Falls, and we were slightly nervous due to some mixed reviews but I'm pleased to say that we were pleasantly surprised. The room was immaculately cleaned and fairly big. The bathroom was lovely and the wifi was excellent. The location, whilst not great for seeing sights in Kanchanaburi, is very close to the central bus station which is perfect for doing excursions to the various nearby national parks and sights. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby and there is a cafe within the guesthouse as well. The owner was absolutely lovely and was always happy to help us. However, her English isn't very good so if you don't speak any Thai, you might have to be a bit patient. The only thing keeping us from giving this place 5 stars is an odd noise in/outside our bedroom that kept sounding off every 15-20 minutes. All in all, would visit again. Thank you for the pleasant hospitality.
