Fairly cheap room considering the good location. The staff were quite friendly. Just a basic fan in the room but it did me just fine. The beds were comfortable. The shower only cold (but also no problem as I only wanted a cold one anyway!) 12pm checkout is good too!

The room with fan is basic but ok, but way too hot (45°). The staff doesn't speak English at all. I recommend you NOT to SIT on the sunbeds, as the point of the nails stick out of the wood and my trousers were torn. When I reported this to the manager he made fun of me and said he...

We stayed here for 2 nights, and were very happy with everything. For such good value you have a comfortable room (basic but clean), great location (close to many restaurants, bars, the Thailand-Burma railway museum and the War Cemetery), 10 minute walk from the train station and nice garden surroundings. Some people have mentioned the noise from the street, this...

This place was dirt cheap! Clean! Friendly! and conveniently located! The great thing about this guesthouse was that you have options ranging from a fan room at 250B to an individual cabana style house (AC)at 1000B with options in between! Great property and set back from the main rd. The only downfall was that WiFi was only in the communal...

Very good value, clean new rooms, quiet area set back away from street. Nice staff. Owner lady speaks excellent English. Good location near attractions, eateries, laundry, massage, shops. Definitely would stay here again.

We got a double Aircon room originally for one night but stayed for 6. Not the cheapest room in the area but brilliant location to all local attractions as well as the bars and restaurants at your doorstep. We had a room at the back set off the road so we were not affected by the sound of the music...

Loud music would go on until 2am, the walls are paper thin so I could here the old bloke snoring in the room next door, and I expect he could hear everything I said. Every morning very early the owners sweep the paths with a brush that is very loud and will wake you up. Only seen the woman who...

Good stay and room big. WiFi only near reception. Near night life area. Less 5 km away to River Kwai bridge historical attraction. Good food along the way. Only bad thing is the towel very old time to change to new.

Very clean, spacious and very friendly staff. I got a 250 bath double with fan. The green area around the guest house is just amazing! Loved it! I checked also many other guest houses nearby (same road), this one was not the cheapest, but for the price the very best.

The location is perfect. It's in the middle of the street of the centre where all the guesthouses and restaurants are. The garden of this guesthouse is really nice. We stayed in the cheapest room (250 bath). The room was OK, for that price I actually can't complain. But the bathroom was really dirty with mold all over the place...
