It is with regret to learn that you found our service at the Rice Barge Restaurant & Bar not to be up to standard and we hasten to apologize for the inconveniences caused. The mistaken between the waitress and the cook that we will be improvement for this method of working standard by set more training for them and keep coaching them to work with our standard. These details however have not been outlined to serve as an excuse, but rather as an explanation to shed light into the happenings. Needless to say that we are deeply embarrassed about the incident and that we like you to accept our apologies over the matter. Great looking hotel... here is my list Beds are mattress boxes... for me it took TWO pillow covers to feel somewhat comfortable. There are MOSQUITES all over the place. The room balaconies WARN of flying insects. There is NO entertainment except for the Gym, Spa and Pool.
