Wonderful hotel a short drive from town. We stayed in a moondeck Jacuzzi suite which I believe is the best choice. The roof top deck had a Jacuzzi bath, an outside shower, a large sunbathing bed type thing which had a concertina cover for shade and great sea views. There was

It's easily the best hotel we have stayed in in Thailand. Excellent restaurant, beautiful and big rooms (with a pier the pool), amazing large pool that was strange enough little used. I love these "smaller" hotels (40 rooms), the hotel has a stunning design and the staff is very

We visited the place twice. The service is amazing, the rooms are stunning and the restaurant is way above average. Especially nice for relaxing. You hardly want to leave the place. Most stuff in the minibar is complementary so that' s also very nice. If you want to work out,

If you are spending a week at Let's Sea I would recommend taking a Moon Deck room half the time and the other half a Pool Deck room. But I note that you said you two are quite active so maybe the whole week in a Pool Deck room would also be fine. The beach is very clean, with fine sand and spread over a huge area so you definitely can enjoy long leisurely walks. But I have heard the sea is not suitable for swimming because of the tide and jelly fish. Ask the hotel to confirm this. The weekend market (Fri-Sun) next door (5 mins away) is superb - personally I think it's the best night market I've been to in Thailand - so maybe you should time your stay to include at least part of a weekend. For me I can eat at the food stalls all three nights because there's a huge number of choices there. Restaurants are situated mainly in the town centre and concentrate in two big shopping malls, with a local night market selling Thai food. Beware of an area (can't remember it's name) where a lot of bars and sub standard restaurants are situated. Transportation to town centre is easy. Just ask the hotel to call you a cab. It's around THB200 one way.

I stay in the king bed room but i'm not sure do they have any twin bed room. Meanwhile, breakfast is order from menu not buffet and serve for the seasonal fruits and juice.

I don't think it matters which room style you are in, choose a room that fits your mood. We were in the rooftop room, and the air con kept things cool downstairs in the room, but the top of the stairway was warm until you stepped outside the door, and it was really nice out on the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. I would bring a repellant that contains DEET, and at the highest concentration that is safe to apply regularly. There are more mosquitoes outside of the hotel itself, in fact, the rooms included a can of repellent in case you do get a little bugger in your room and an electronic deterrent that is plugged into the wall near the door. In addition, there was a white bottle of lemongrass based repellent cream in the room. It smelled great but wasn't effective for me. I found that I was devoured if I was out and about the property and out and about town and didn't load up on repellent. The eating areas at the resort can be problematic. Because it is very nice there, the walls are all open to the sun and sea breeze, the cooler (not cool, but cooler) nights and the sea breeze, and mosquitoes. With that, the staff will place an incense ring under your table. That may help the average person, but for those that are dinner for mosquitoes, you will need to prepare yourself with heavier artillery before you go. I was told that the mosquitoes are seasonal. I have only been there during July, so all I know is that July is a month with mosquitoes. Some impractical advice, stay indoors at dawn and dusk, that is when the mosquitoes are "most active". Pfft, they stay out late too, and sometimes all night! Don't let the mosquitoes deter you from going though, Let's Sea is an outstanding place to stay and enjoy a level of service that is really top notch! You will get mosquitoes pretty much everywhere in South Asia. Cheers!
