Very basic hotel. Very poor breakfast. Staff helpful . Room average. Location is good as it is only a short stroll to the beach. They provide beach towels to bring with you to the beach. Night market is about 25 minutes walk.

Considering the price we expected more from this hotel. Pros: + The staff is very friendly and they do their best to help guests out in every situation. + Rooms are clean. + Good location. Cons: - The hotel is quite run down. You also won't notice any effort being made to keep it in shape except for the cleaning mentioned. - Pool and rooftop bar are run down as well and aren't inviting at all. - The small shower mounted on the toilet was extremely loud and sounded like someone firing a machine gun. - One third of my bed had broken box springs. - The balcony is so small you won't even bother. - I've seen cheapter and better hotels in Thailand with breakfast included. - The staff kindly asked as to always leave the room keys at the reception because they just have one for every room (seriously?)

This is a budget hotel, so the standard is average. Rooms looks a bit old and not very fancy, but come with aircondition. There is no safe in the hotel, but you can deposit your valuables at the fonrt desk. The hotel's location is briliant. It is practicaly in the middle of the tourist part of the city. Just few steps and you are at the beach, walking street, restaurants etc. Be aware that there might be some noise in the nigths. They have a delicious breakfast and what I liked is the laidback mood. No stress, here you are for relaxing. The staff is very firendly and service minded. That is the reason why I rate the hotel with 4 instead of 3. The pricing is reasonable and I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel if you want to live in the middle of the city and don't mind some noise in the nights.

I was only staying one night in Hua Hin and got there late so I didn't really care too much about staying at a large brand name hotel. One of my friend's recommended this hotel which is in the center of town, close to great restaurants, pubs/bars, etc. As I was drinking this hotel was very good, so I didn't have to drive anywhere and could walk easily from venue to venue. The location for me was perfect. The service was good. Check-in was easy and fast. The woman at the front desk had very good Enlish which made this process very quick. Not sure about the breakfast menu as I check-out before they started serving (only there for 7 hours). The rooms were basic and clean.... but fine for the money (less than 1,000 Baht a night)... bathroom with the amenities, lots of towels, very old tv, very small balcony, air con... good for a night or two but only if you weren't hanging around in your room.

Room Tip: Stay on the east side of the hotel as it would be much quieter.
