I had the most incredible weekend at this hotel! It was absolutely stunning! I stayed in one of the ocean beachfront villas, it was so beautiful! Each room faces the ocean and is steps away from the beach. They have their own private jacuzzi/plunge pool, set of sunbeds and a hammock for two! The room is a nice size and has windows all around the front with floor to ceiling doors which can be opened straight out to your garden/pool area. The bed is enormous and is very comfy with silky sheets! They have added touches in the room of an iPad and bluetooth speaker. The bathroom is lovely, it has an open shower area where a frangipani tree hangs overhead so you get these beautiful flowers dropping into the shower. There are double doors at the shower as well which open up to the jacuzzi area, so you can come into the bathroom directly from outside. The food was amazing at the hotel, we were so excited for our next meal time! Our rate included breakfast, which was so fun! We received a three tier stand with breads (fresh from the Aleenta bakery down the road), fruit and fresh condiments. You could choose two options from their breakfast menu and there were juices, milks and cereals on offer as well. The food was delicious and a part of the menu included a wellness section which is great for plant based/healthy eaters. We also treated ourselves to the spa, which was wonderful! There is only one therapist on at the moment so couples massages aren't available, but it was glorious to have a massage in the open air (an air conditioned room is available as well), looking out to the ocean. There are some great activities at the resort, movie night Fridays and on Saturdays they have beach dining! There are complimentary bikes for use at the hotel and there's an amazing hike with breathtaking views at the end of the beach at Khao Kalok. This is such a romantic place, to come to relax in such a beautiful area. I cannot recommend it enough, you think you're on an island when you're here! The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us! It really was a memorable experience! :)

I gave 2 stars for this hotel, one for the location, another was for some staffs that were nice. I got bad impression here and there. Couldn't believe that this is 5-star hotel. Starting from talking with admin on FG page. It took her forever to answer. I even had to say "Hello, can you answer?" twice. Asking for spa menu, never got any reply. Then I decided to call. Got different promotion from the "not so good manner" girl who answered the phone. She gave me no promotion so I referred my conversation on FB messenger. Then I asked for any more promo package that I can enjoy, she asked "What do you mean?" with no sir, no ma'am. I personally didnt mind it before but the way she talked and took care of the situation made me question why this hotel hired her to do this job. She also said that she would send me some dinner promotion, never happened. We arrived at the hotel. No welcome drink for my boyfriend since he arrived a bit later. I asked for toothbrushes, had to call again to get them. Front lady said that we had to book for breakfast since they served in round, no call to follow up what time we wanted our meal. 2nd morning I didn't book breakfast time in advance, still be able to eat cause no one cared to ask what time I booked. I saw one family had a trouble with this as well. The mom booked table with high chair, no preparation. She waited for 40 min without getting food. We got beachfront pool villa. The plunge pool was really small and dirty, no one cleaned the leave ever. We accidently forgot empty beer can in front of the room, no one cleaned it. The AC was way too warm. The doors were to hard to close or open. And then you claim that you are 5-star hotel. You charged us everything from mini-bar to meal service to the hotel room to mosquito spray! I think you need to urgently think of the way to manage this hotel better!

Had a great trip. The view was amazing, the facility was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. K Yon at the front desk was extremely helpful and make everything so much easier from booking transportation to arranging kite surfing.

We stayed here while driving back from Phuket to Bangkok. We had a relaxing time and loved how quiet and peaceful it was. The food was nice and the bed was comfortable. We liked the little extras in the room like cookies, diffuser and the tea/coffee. There was no TV, which was unusual but we were only there for a night so it didn’t bother us. The pool was closed due to COVID restrictions but they put us in a room with a plunge pool, which was nice of them. The staff were lovely. We would definitely come back for a weekend stay, in the future.
