Our junior suite with separate bedroom and balcony was big, clean and very light, with lots of white furniture. Not exactly our taste, but quite luxury. On the 8th floor we had a sea view. Excellent room facilities, but there was no wall socket for the microwave and coffeemaker in the "kitchen" area, and the air conditioning blew in our faces at night. The high pillows weren't very comfortable, but there were lots of little, decorative pillows around to replace them. Despite our high floor, the water was sufficiently hot and pressurised to take a bath. The breakfast buffet had enough choice of hot and cold dishes, and looking at the space, we suspect there may be more choices with more guests.
Very good hotel clean & tidy staff very good- receptionists very helpfull. We were upgraded on arrival our room was overlooking the swimming pool, breakfasts good, used the free hotel tuk tuk to take us to both the beach & night markets. Will go back to this hotel in the future x
Spent three nights here and was very pleased with the whole experience. Very nice, bright and spotlessly clean room. Big comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. Great breakfast, nice pool and 5 minutes walk into town. The staff here were all very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The manager is a lovely woman who runs a good business. Will stay again when we are back in Hua Hin.
There is only 1 passenger lift to all of 8 floors of rooms so if there is a big group you need to wait as only about 6pax can fit in the lift at one time. Breakfast is simple but has the necessary toast bread and salad and some thai cuisine. The pillows in the room definitely need some consideration. It is overfilled with fibre stuffing that my head slips off as i lie on it. Same comment received from other team mates in the other rooms too. All of us ended up sleeping without the pillows. Staff are super polite and nice which is great. There is tea and coffee making fascilities in the room. Shower is nice and hot. Room is very clean. Room is also quite sound proof. We stayed on the 6th floor overlooking the back
But the location isn’t the best. Directly on the mainroad from Bangkok. The walk to the beach and the entertainment district ist about 30 minutes. In the evening hours there was no motorbike taxis so that u have to walk the whole distance. The rooms was really bright and clean. A downside is that the hotel is used by large groups of Chinese tourists which was really loud at arrival and departure. The breakfast was excellent
