Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We traveled to Hua Hin with our four month old son. The hotel provided a crib. The room was large and the bed comfortable (Note: we both prefer a bed on the soft side. This was what I would consider medium. Everyone has their own bed softness preference. I find that beds in Thailand tend to be hard so, if you prefer a hard bed, this will probably be a bit too soft for you). We had a balcony with a daybed and, perhaps the greatest design feature I've ever encountered in a hotel, towel racks for drying swimsuits and beach towels. The bathroom featured a rainhead shower, as well as a handheld one, and the hotel provided towels for both the shower and the pool/beach, which was convenient. The pool area was large with a lot of sun loungers, a handful of which rest in the water, which was perfect with the baby. The pool also has a large kids section, which was slightly too deep for our 4 month old but is the perfect size for mobile small people. There is also a large 'grass' area for kids to run around if they wish. The pool has a bar area, though we didn't use it so I don't know how good the food is. The hotel is a bit out of the center of town (about a half hour walk) and the public beach but they offer a shuttle for a small fee. We found the fee to be almost the same as taking a Grab (the local version of Uber).

I have stayed here lately for several times during the last 3 months and slowly but surely the excellent staff made me feel as if at Home. Within a short space of time they learned to recognize me and even to call me by first name as soon as i arrive each time.This is a very well run Hotel in Hua Hin and you never feel you miss anything and if you ask for it....They have it. On some occasion I came with my Family and my wife and 1 year old son were also very impressed how they were treated at all time so much so that we only want to stay here when we come to Hua HIn. Excellent personal touches are present everywhere in the rooms and at breakfast and you will find some of the ingredient's from the vegetable garden are present in the menu. The Room service is also very well organized and all the prices are good and never go over as much as other Hotels you stay around Thailand. I really recommend anybody to stay here for short or long stay and you will really made to feel special. Great location great service great pool and very high level of cleanliness...what else can you expect from an Hotel?

We stayed in a Deluxe Pool View room for one week. The room was large and had a nice big balcony with sunbed. The pool of the hotel is huge, and the pool area is lovely. The hotel is located a few hundred meters from the beach, at the main road, but due to the fact the rooms face the pool the street noise was no issue. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff was overall nice and polite. Just the nightshift staff could improve as they sometimes did not greed or pay attention when we went out or returned to the hotel. It was a pleasant stay, and we would stay again when returning to Hua Hin.

Lovely 10 night stay with my husband and two daughters (4 & 8) for christmas and new year.
The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, and the beds were comfy. Only downside was being woken each morning by a cockerel (which wasn't the hotels fault).
The food was lovely. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and we enjoyed the cocktail happy hour (2for1) everyday 4-6.
The beach and mall was a short walk away. The mall had entertainment and street food every night. We did get a tuk tuk most nights to the night markets, bars and resturants near the Hilton hotel which was about £2.50 (100bht).
The staff were very helpful and friendly and excellent with our 2 young daughters.

We stayed in the G Hotel in August last year. The Hotel was just wonderful. We had two rooms, a jacuzzi pool suite and deluxe pool view. Both rooms were very spacious, exceptionally clean and well fitted out. The swimming pool was one of the best pools I've swam in, the water was so soft I didn't need goggles. Breakfast was very good and the staff very welcoming. The management staff were first class and their hospitality and manners were so appreciated. The hotel has a pool bar - cocktails and pizzas were amazing. We liked the location of the hotel, 2 minutes from the pristine beach and the road beside the hotel had some very good bars and restaurants. Altogether we had a fantastic family holiday and this is due to this wonderful hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights in a family room. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The balcony was a very pleasant addition, as it consisted of a day bed, hanger to dry clothes and even had a sea view. from the balcony (we were on the 6th floor). The room consisted of one big king bed and another single bed; both were very comfortable. The service at receptions was appropriate and helpful. The pool itself and the pool area are both very inviting and welcoming. The chair lounges in the pool itself were a very pleasant surprise. The pool does not contain chlorine, which is appreciated. The mood lighting at the evening made for a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The location itself was very convenient. Opposite the hotel, on the other side of the road is the beach, however, road crossing is not the easiest. Market Village is a few minutes' walk, with Blu Port being a bit further away, but walking distance nonetheless. On the opposite direction to the beach, are many restaurants and pubs, right across the main road. If there were a letdown to be found, then it would have to be breakfast. Although of high quality, there could have been more on offer, as the selection was somehow limited. However, with many restaurants surrounding the hotel, one can easily find a place to have breakfast.
Overall, a very good experience, especially when considering the rate for the night, which was extremely reasonable and the hotel offers great value for money, and I would be very happy to stay here again.

Lovely place but we found the staff not very friendly, no smiles, but ok but many could not speak english. The bar staff on some days were good but other days rude. One of the days, my buy one get one free happy hour cocktails were served with no alcohol but i complained and they replaced no problem. Food at bar std but good. Breakfast was ok decent variery but usually the hot food was cold, and you had to ask for bacon everytime as they keep it in the kitchen, sometimes ask more than once. Dont bother with breakfast just go across.the road to morning bread better value for money. Anyway, breakfast staff average, not friendly. The rooms themselves were very nice and clean and the pool area was really nice.. one or.two staff were very lovely id like to mention.. concierge men were very happy and friendly, and pool server Moss very lovely friendly happy and helpful! Laundry right opposite hotel 200 thai baht for large load. Wished hotel offered massages by the pool but massages right opposite hotel pretty good and cheap. Location very good east bar fun and good, down road further some cool bars with live music. Final gripe, we had settled bill and lady who hardly.could speak english never said hello asked us very clearly to wait while they checked our room.. then they ran all the way there to check the minibar. That in itself left a very bad taste in my mouth. Bloody quick to check that wow! We came here as a holiday and expected service to be waaaayyyy better and wish staff friendly. I wouldn't stay here again i prefer much friendlier environment.

We spent 9 nights at the G Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a pool view room on the 4th floor.
Room was spacious with coffee/tea facilities, plenty of toiletries in spacious bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, room also had a side lounge next to bed. TV reception was good. Balcony had sunbed and enough hanging space to hang wet costumes and any hand washing needed doing.
The Staff were all friendly helpful and made you feel very welcome. They have a shuttle bus which will take you to Tamarind Night Market you just need to book and from memory it leaves hotel around 6pm.
We didn't take the breakfast package, however the pool side restaurant had a good menu. The pool had lots of sunbeds around and the pool is a great size.
We rented a car and the hotel has it's own carpark, which has staff present, they even put a sunshade cloth on the windscreen so the car wasn't hot. Excellent service and friendly staff.
We will definately stay here again next time we visit Hua Hin. It's a 5 minute walk to Market Village and there is a laundry lady across from the hotel.

Staff went above and beyond - from breakfast to cleaners n our bags with help and smiles - brilliant for help for early arrival and late night BBK transfer n late room stay. Bed and sleep and shower and room 10/10 so pleased had our own little pool ! Very quiet to sleep heard no noise. N shower WOW ! Very adult oriented area and hotel with plenty of things in walking reach or cheap taxis outside. Would definitely stay again. (Only let down was price of drinks etc at pool bar fingers! 240baht for 2 cans of cokes is steap & most we have ever been charged in Thailand in 10 years!!)

Stayed here in February with my wife and two friends. Rooms are large, modern and clean, large bed and great shower, nice balcony view over pool. Pool is really good, nice if you like a decent swim. Staff are friendly and helpful, as I’ve found in all Thai hotels. Bar area isn’t large enough and closes relatively early. To get to the beach you have to cross the road but this isn’t a big deal, you pay a premium for beachfront hotels. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
