Andy and his family have been very accommodating, we only stayed two nights but would be more than happy to return next time we are in Hua Hin. Lovely, clean and tidy budget accommodation with a great pool just a very short walk from the hotel. Great range of bars and restaurants just a short walk from here. Everything we...

Stayed for a month. I was not disappointed at all. It was a very clean and comfortable bedroom. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. Both were really helpful and I am looking forward to staying here again.

Unpleasant experience with this hotel. The hotel owner scolded us in front of all other guests with high-pitch and emotional words and hurt our pride badly. This is not a healthy practice between guest and owner. HOW THIS HOTEL DESERVED THE AWARD BY TRIPADVISOR? Besides that, the hotel hygiene practice is terrible. The floor was sticky with some unknown substance....

The room's floor was oily and there were lots of mosquitoes flying around. Quite frustrated with the attitude shown by the staff/ owner of this guest house where they made us feel unfriendly. I was waken up by the train's sound every night and early morning and this was extremely distasteful! Not every room could receive stable and strong wifi...

Bad customer service with unfriendly owners! Bad environment with a lot of mosquitoes! Owner's wife likes to show her emotional face to customer! Besides that, due to the hotel is near by the railway! So, it is sounds polluted when a train pass by!

Our second visit to the excellent donkeys rest. Same spacious well equipped rooms, same welcoming atmosphere, same attentive hosts, but with the lovely addition of Bow, a very friendly little rescue dog. I am not a doggy person but he really is a delight and such a pleasure to watch him playing with the owners 2 young daughters. The hotel...

The place itself is a bus ride away from the main town but this was not a problem fro us. There are plenty of places to eat in the area and there is a plaza nearby. The pool was the best and this was the main reason for staying. The rooms are clean and had a fridge and coffee etc...

“The room on the top floor left hand side of the building (if you are facing the railway tracks and inside the room) is where I stayed and seemed to be the best of the ones I saw. It had the largest balcony and most windows. Beware if you are a light sleeper, a train passes every hour or so throughout the night within a few metres of the hotel. I was so tired I didn't hear it much!”
