Detailed Reviews
We stayed here recently for 6 nights in a poolside room. Room was spacious, nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was lovely. I liked this hotel as was not too busy or loud
The staff were always welcoming and happy, always acknowledged us when they saw us. Very helpful when we realised we left a backpack on the shuttle bus despite their little understanding of English, they all tried very hard which we appreciated.
It is situated about a 5 minute walk from Bluport mall and 10minute walk to Market Village (which has the better of food halls in my opinion). Approximately 2km to Cicada market and the same to Hua Hin city centre, we are happy doing lots of walking so that didn’t worry us.
A couple of negatives is that there is only 1 English speaking TV channel which is only news on a daily loop, would be nice to have a small variety with a movie channel
included for when you have a night in. And the bathroom door opens the wrong way
getting in the way of the shower, but these are just little things and suggestions.
100m walk to beach behind the hotel through another block of land that they are building a huge gazebo, not sure what it will be used for-again didn’t bother us.
I did see some guests at times being quite rude to some of the staff when they had a
problem, can I just say please be nice, no one gets paid enough to be spoken to like that.
We would stay there again if we re-visit Hua Hin.

There is ample parking space when you arrive. Reception is friendly and efficient. The room is modern, clean, with a nice bathroom. There is a fridge, water boiler, instant coffee and water and a modern electric system. Wifi works very well. The room is very quiet and dark at night. The pool is large, 1.20m deep with enough shady space around it. At the back of the plot is a café and direct access to the beach. Breakfast is very adequate (although I can do without the music in the early morning). All in all good value for maney.

This hotel has a lot going for it. Location. An outstanding manager. Great pool. Not bad breakfast.
However….the big downside is the state of the rooms. There’s a dreadful mould issue.
We moved 3 times and each room had the very distinct mould issue.
To the managers credit, she upgraded our room and supplied an air filter and agreed there was mould and that they needed to fix it.
But it’s a very serious health hazard.
We kept the door open almost the entire time, which of course brought in mosquitoes. But I decided that was the lesser of the two evils.
If they fix this issue, the hotel will be quite amazing.
I would have rated a 5 if not for the mould.

Cannot fault this hotel and even though this was the first time, it certainly will not be the last. Very friendly and helpful staff from the outset. The room was perfect and exactly what we booked poolside.
Good sized room with a huge shower and all the usual extras. Clean and fresh throughout.
Breakfast was great with a wide selection to choose from for all tastes. The chef did an extremely tasty scrambled eggs for me!
Location is ideal with a short walk to Bluport and a bus/taxi stop right outside.
Looking forward to staying there again at the end of November.

The hotel was not easy to find. From the main street, you have to access the hotel from another street, that can easily be missed if you're not paying attention. I would say that it felt like a narrow alley.
I requested a room with access to the pool. I was assigned a room in the corner. After looking out the window to the pool through the window, I noticed that the view of the pool was partially obstructed by the other building so I asked if I could be moved to another room. I was told that they were fully booked and no rooms were available. I was also told that no rooms would be available tomorrow either.
What I immediately noticed was how loud it was. There were children and teenagers in the pool and they were very loud screaming and shouting. This occurred for the first 2 days of my stay there but the third day was more quiet. The pool wasn't that large so it would be difficult to swim, especially with all the children in there with their parents.
The room was average. It was simple but ok for my needs. The washroom was small but had a large shower. The bed was old with a thin mattress but not uncomfortable.
The water pressure was terrible. I would have to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times after I used it and having a good shower was difficult as the water pressure was so low. There was free wi-fi provided and was very quick.
Breakfast at the hotel was below average. The french toast was hard and the bacon was soggy, on both days that I was there for breakfast. Luckily, I was able to eat the noodles or else I would of starved. Breakfast was served until 10:30 am and I did notice on an occasion that staff would help themselves to the food while guests were still having breakfast.....very unprofessional.
On my way out of the hotel to go into town the next day, I noticed that a number of guests were checking out and there were empty rooms with pool access. I asked if I could change rooms and was allowed to do so. I'm not sure why I was told that they were fully booked and no rooms would be available. It was disappointing to find that out that myself and to ask the staff myself instead of being informed by the staff on the first day that I checked in.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Bluport Shopping Center. It is also located to local restaurants to shopping centers.
If you're looking for a relaxing trip away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, don't stay here. It was very loud and difficult to relax at times. The food was not good and the staff was not too helpful.

So, first night I was in the hotel, and I got next to no sleep. Had to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms because I was being eaten alive by something (that I couldn't see)! The staff were pretty uninterested when I told them this, and I pretty much had to insist on another room (which was arguably not as good as the room I had been in terms of positioning). Breakfast is a pretty sad affair, and the hotel is definitely not in central Hua HIn - but is pretty close to the beach. Worth it if you can get a bargain - otherwise, look elsewhere.
