This boutique hotel is a lot nicer than some of the photos shown online. Upgraded to a pool access room The room was huge. Very clean & tidy. Pool access was wonderful. Loved the place. Plenty of Vegan & vegetarian options. They can make things specially for you. Really helpful staff. Great service. The secret cafe on the beach is very unique and very popular with the younger set. Direct access to the beach for morning or evening walks. Such a great spot. I will be looking forward to my next visit to this well managed hotel.

We stayed here recently for 6 nights in a poolside room. Room was spacious, nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was lovely. I liked this hotel as was not too busy or loud The staff were always welcoming and happy, always acknowledged us when they saw us. Very helpful when we realised we left a backpack on the shuttle bus despite their little understanding of English, they all tried very hard which we appreciated. It is situated about a 5 minute walk from Bluport mall and 10minute walk to Market Village (which has the better of food halls in my opinion). Approximately 2km to Cicada market and the same to Hua Hin city centre, we are happy doing lots of walking so that didn’t worry us. A couple of negatives is that there is only 1 English speaking TV channel which is only news on a daily loop, would be nice to have a small variety with a movie channel included for when you have a night in. And the bathroom door opens the wrong way getting in the way of the shower, but these are just little things and suggestions. 100m walk to beach behind the hotel through another block of land that they are building a huge gazebo, not sure what it will be used for-again didn’t bother us. I did see some guests at times being quite rude to some of the staff when they had a problem, can I just say please be nice, no one gets paid enough to be spoken to like that. We would stay there again if we re-visit Hua Hin.…
Nice stay at sea cret hotel the location is not bad close to the mall 300 meter and also local restaurant The hotel surrounded by local houses with many dogs The staff are polite and nice The swimming pool is great
Loved my stay here. Great clean rooms. Great staff. Large breakfast. Big pool. Will be back. Great place to relax. Great resort. Cheap shop on the resort also. Will be back in January. Little far from the city. But if just want to chill for a few days perfect.
The Receptions people were very nice and kind. All the staff members were willing to help us and treated us with friendliness. However, I asked for extra pillows through the reception and nothing came to my request. The wifi was also very slow and disconnected many times. I’m hoping they will fix it soon, maybe it is just the router. Breakfast was great with many choices and the staff at the dining area was very nice and helped us out a lot. Staff really made it seem like a 5 star hotel. One thing that stands out the most was the location of this hotel as it is very near shopping malls such as Blueport and Market Village. It is also just a few 100 meters away from the beachfront. The interior of the hotel was also renovated and looks very luxurious. I love the white marble bathroom tiles... amazing and beautiful design for the architecture. I love the jaccuzi which comes with the room, a 5-star spa experience. The size of the room and bathroom was substantially big compared to other boutique hotels. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good hotel at a reasonable price. I would have given this place a 5 star if they would’ve provided me with a softer extra bed and fix the wifi problem the next time I am here. I would come again.…
We arrived at the hotel all good with welcoming staff, we thought this will be a good place we have chosen. Went to my room first impressions were this is ok until a had a good look, OMG bathroom mould in the shower and screen as well as along the back of the sink, soap scum in the shower that was turning black at first I thought it was it was a feature in the Caesar stone until I rubbed it was awful. My friend and I decided to have a drink in the bar area near the pool only to find the food and drink stops at 4pm (other days finished at 2pm) asked at reception where could go have a drink they just said get a cab a look for yourself. So we thought walk to the beach, wow the walk was through what could be a demolition sight with no attempt to clean it up, (by the way the sight owned Sea-Cret) We were informed there would jack hammers happening for one day for room renovations this turned into nearly 3 days. The area called Top Sea-Cret on the roof area was a waste land with broken plant pots and out door furniture and dead birds they should have just blocked the stairs to keep it a secret!!!!! I had a in room lunch one day and left the plate etc outside the door it remained there for 2 days (still there when I checked out) Some things out of their control were the dogs barking next door and pile driving for a new building on a next door block. On the plus breakfast had good choices and the pool area clean and pleasant. All I can say this is a very run down property with management that needs to look seriously at the cleanliness and maintenance of the Hotel. Hope this helps your hotel choices. I have photos to confirm my report.…
First impressions The location of the hotel is good - within walking distance of Hua Hin market village and the hotel is right by the beach. We received a warm welcome on arrival with a lovely juice drink. Staff were friendly and reception area lovely. We were able to park our car at the rear and a parking attendant carried our bags to reception and then all the way to our room. Check-in was easy and quick and we were also able to get our room early at 11am which was much appreciated as we'd spent the last 2 days flying or driving. Room We stayed in a second floor room with a spa bath. Very spacious room with good air con and a nicely sized balcony with a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was ok, nothing special and no water heater. The room had a comfortable big bed. Furniture was quite old and chipped in places. Nice size TV. There was complementary tea and coffee available and cold drinking water in the fridge. Plug sockets made strange noises when attaching electrical appliances. There needs to be more attention paid to cleanliness. There was sand on the floor and surfaces were unclean as well when we arrived. Windows hadn't been cleaned for ages. Bathroom needs modernising. Some mould visible and ants crawling on the tiles. At times there was no hot water and water pressure from the shower was very poor. Complementary shampoo and shower gel were available. Wifi did not work in the room, you had to be closer to reception for it to work which was an inconvenience. Breakfast Nice choice at breakfast buffet from traditional Thai dishes to eggs and bacon and toast. Good selection of juices and tea/coffee. Lovely fresh fruit available. Other facilities etc The pool is very big and the loungers comfortable. It is definitely a nice setting with lovely plants and lights in the trees which are very pretty in the dark. Poolside towels are provided in the rooms. I did notice some chips and discolouration in the pool, it is clearly quite old. The hotel has a direct "path" to the beach but I have to say it is absolutely awful with all kinds of rubble, rocks and rubbish. There is no solid path at all, it is like walking through a building site. I don't know if it is in the process of being updated but at the moment it is a health and safety hazard. There were some loud smoking guests long into the night by the pool that reception allowed despite non-smoking signs and other guests not being able to sleep because of the noise. Building works were happening that also caused extra noise throughout the day and early in the morning. Conclusion It is quite a basic hotel that needs some work in places. The lack of cleanliness and state of the bathroom were the biggest disappointments. It's certainly adequate for a short stay and staff friendly and welcoming. …
The Sea Cret or shall I say their Secrets are 1. The pictures are so heavily photo shopped that the place looks nothing like the pictures, I do not know how much they paid for such a good job but it was worth every penny. This is probably why they have a no cancellation policy and take 100% of your money 2. As you arrive at the entrance to the Sea Cret, immediately to the right is a huge stack of split stinky rubbish bags (in the three weeks I stayed there they were not removed) also there is a large area that is used for drying Squid and Fish in the sun during daylight hours. Good luck in keeping hold of the contents of your stomach. The stench is so bad I cannot tell you, luckily we had a room farthest away from it but felt sorry for those right next to it. 3. The rooms are filthy, covered in mould, the loos don't work properly they keep burping bring up the smell from the sewer. When I complained they moved us to another room after being told to wait 8 hours but the other room still had the same problem. 4. no hot water, its just about warm. 5. I will stop here there is more but after reading this review if you decide to book this hotel then you will discover the rest for yourself.…
