We stayed at this mesmerising place for 05 days. It’s an oasis of calm and slow luxury. what makes this place really amazing is the staff here, they are the real assets. They all are so attentive and serving with a warm smile. The rooms, the restaurant, the pool side and it’s bars are all amazing and serve great cocktails.
The check in experience was seamless, BY Ms.NATTY & Ms.CHA, they’re quick and have knowledge about the city attractions. the lovely ginger pomegranate drink they served us with cold towels was just what guests need & it’s a very thoughtful touch of luxury again as it’s just not sugary prepackaged drink. Mr.BEER like his name is bubbly and always happy to help with bags and everything else you need to ask.
Ms NING & Mr. SWICH striked nice conversation & served sumptuous cocktails at the pool bar, most freshest ingredients used. Grab that perfect beach read & head to the pool side or the sunbeds overlooking that pristine white sand beach and the ocean beyond. Cocoo bar is also a delight in the evening breeze.
The breakfast spread again has a plethora of international choices, we happily indulged. The staff at breakfast restaurant went above& beyond with their hospitality. Right from the coffee bar person to the manager they are so caring. I’m sharing a few names and really hope that they’re duly rewarded, Mr.JOE had nice conversations with us & he’s very attentive, makes a good leader. PUU at coffee bar is so quick at offering choices & after day 1 remembered exactly what we liked, this is sweet & a step ahead in caring. Then Mr.TIGER , MOD, JIE & APPLE made sure to make to look after every single guests.
We noticed how all of them worked hard and put their hearts into everything. The executive chef was around keeping a practiced eye on things. Again these names are some of the people who really made a big difference in how our vacation went; they made it very special.
The whole place is Impeccable including the rooms of course so the housekeeping team is doing a great job too.
We honestly don’t have a single off comment for this place and are already planning to make a trip back here.

Stayed 3 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday with my wife.
Check in was a seamless process and the receptionist explained everything in Thai and English. She then proceeded to show us to our room.
Our room ( 4207) was very spacious with a stand alone bathtub and big terrace overlooking the pool. Our bags were delivered to our room in a timely professional manner. The beds were so comfy that after 3 nights I didnt really want to go home to my own bed!! Our rooms were cleaned spotlessly each day and in the evening our beds turned down and condiments replenished.
The hotel itself has a big swimming pool and jacuzzi which stretched down to the beach. The chairs around the pool are kept clean and at a sensible social distance. Guests wore masks around the hotel and when near other guests otherwise it was quite relaxed but in accordance with current rules.
The hotel swimming pool was large and not to busy a great pool bar managed by Ning and her 2 assistants. Great cocktails and a friendly atmosphere around the bar. Ning was a very professional cocktail maker and very sociable.
Breakfast were in 3 times and each time plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the variety of choice in 4 different areas of food. The food was fresh delicious and hot. The waitresses were attentive quick and efficient and at all times like all the staff in the hotel wore masks but maintained a high level of service.
Quentin the Ops Manager each morning would check on the guests to ensure everything OK which it was.
We were sad to leave and we hope to return soon. These are difficult times for the hospitality and tourism sector but the Intercontinental Hua Hin is providing a 1st class service and bravo to all the staff.

The resort is very beautiful with lots of pool side sunbeds. Buffet breakfast is good and the staff is being very attentive and efficient in serving the guests as we would not be grabbing the food on our own. One recommendation that I would give is it would be nice if we're being informed on the renovation work by the pool when we checked in as it's quite noisy. Also the noise from housekeeping above the room we're staying was massive and it started at 0630 thru 0830.

I stayed in the King Superior Room. In the side of the Blue Port department I'm quite surprised But acceptable because it is a long holiday The reception service is good according to the standards of this hotel. In this section I give five stars.
For room Comfort and cleanliness are good for the price. But because of the situation of Covid-19 Causing many missing I stayed for a total of 3 nights. On the first night I received 4 bottles of 6 bottles of water. There was no glass in front of the wash counter. And no skin cream should be received
On the 2nd night, I received a glass in front of the washing counter. From room cleaning requests during the day But the bathroom products that should have 3 new items which are shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap I have just received 2 new items and there are still no skin creams available, but there are 6 bottles out of 4 bottles that I have received.
On the 3rd night, I received 3 full bathroom refills and body creams and 6 bottles of water.
In this part of the room I wish only 3 stars
The price of the room that I got No breakfast Even though I was a member of the club and received a 20 percent discount, it didn't make me feel that it was worth the price.
This place is convenient because it's right next to the Blueport mall. I can have coffee and breakfast with good taste from the desired shop at a cheaper price than the breakfast in the hotel.
The parking space is small and insufficient when compared to the room volume. Although this hotel has buildings on both sides of the road

We booked 2 bed rooms suites with great value promotion for friend party vacation. Room is really nice with 2 king size bedrooms and nice living room area. This room is located on the seaside part of hotel on the 3rd floor of main building.
We could enjoy the club benefits of afternoon tea set and 2 hours pre-cocktails dinner which you could choose among 4-5 bars location in the hotel. This package also comes with free dinner for 4 adults which taste really great. Moreover, we enjoy THB1000 credit spa per guest during our stay.
All hotels staff could deliver high standard of services which we all really appreciated. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet location and only a 20 minute short stroll in to town or you can use the hotels free shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and modern and the restaurants are great. We were departing early morning at 4 am but as we got to reception they had made us a breakfast pack and a fresh coffee to take with us. The staff in this hotel are first class, thankyou!

This hotel should be advertised as “ Children Only” Very hard to swim in the main pool with so many plastic blow up children’s toys. Children wandering around at breakfast time is inexcusable. The resort should be catering for everyone, not just families. It’s a noisy place with no grounds to relax in. The staff are very nice, especially Nancy the manager. Sadly because the staff are all lovely I can’t recommend this resort. Great I’m sure for families with young children. Next time I’ll stay at a more adult friendly resort. The ambience is also quite sterile. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner wasn’t so good and overpriced. Once was enough eating there for dinner. The first room I had was really noisy overlooking the pool with noisy small children. I moved to the garden view room, top floor. This was much better.There are many options to chose from in Hua Hin. Adult friendly is the go for me next visit to lovely Hua Hin. Won’t be returning here.

I love their breakfast, so many choices and quality materials selection. Room and bedding set is very comfy. Their staff are nice servicing. There is high standard Covid-19 protection in the hotel, alcohol gel for hand washing is everywhere

We suddenly called Intercon for a pet friendly room as we walked out from Novotel Huahin because we were disappointed with their service and we are lucky people who can book a pool villa at the last minute as we heard that their pool villa is always fully booked. Thank you Khun Pear for preparing a room and providing her extra mile service. She allocated a temp room for us as she knows that we are having an urgent walk out and need a place to take some rest before check in time. Our puppy was so happy with this room, their pet amenity was luxury. In room executive lounge service is wonderful and over my imagination and the last thing that I need to mention is breakfast. This resort breakfast is the best that I know, it has an a la carte menu but all you can eat. All the staff are enthusiastic and they can make some little magic by providing something extra from the menu as we required. We love this resort and for sure we will be back and recommend other people to experience this lovely stay and service as well.

I and my family have been very loyal to this hotel for a very long time. We spent 5 Chinese New Year out of 10 years here. The latest 2 stays were extremely stellar. The rooms,the staffs were very warm, welcoming and always love to help us out. This year is so different.
I stayed in the club room so prior to my stay, i received an email asking me to spend a few minutes so the hotel would make the arrangements to meet my need. We traveled with babies and a wheelchaired granny so i gave out all the arrangement needed to make sure that when i arrive, everything should be perfect.
When i did actually arrive, i found out that there was 0 arrangement made for me. As if i hadn’t make the call prior to my visit at all. So instead of waiting 2 hours for all rooms, i ended up spent another hour to get the rooms friendly for everyone.
In the Club room which is the fancy suite, i found both of the slippers were old,torn. Obviously the cleaning team let me use slippers worn by the previous guests. I made the call requestinf the fresh ones, it took 2 hours to arrive. The PR team later apologized and sent a plate of fresh fruit.
I also found a few packets of condoms in the bedside drawers. This is so unacceptable for 5 starred hotel to overlook this kind of thing!
The staffs were warm and welcoming but the quality of the service was not like previous years. The staffs were incredibly forgetful almost about everything.
What impressed me this year is the service in the clubroom right next to the pool. The service was immaculate there, the snack/food offered in the clubroom was spectacular.
I’ve been very loyal and want to stay there next year but i think the hotel needs so much room for improvement.
