The hotel is nice , beds super comfortable with comfy pillows, ac works well , hot water on demand breakfast was really good , Only down side is wifi does not work well , and you have to have transportation, not close to anything in town , if they had free shuttle service a few times a day this would have been a 5 star hotel , the pool is nice as well not big but does the trick , there is massage place down stairs and the women that own gives amazing massages , there is nail place as well and the owner does a nice job but she is very slow , there is a coin laundry as well with lots of machines and 1 dryer , that was super handy , there are restaurants near by that you can walk to , we found a place called mammas which on Friday nights has a Europe buffet the food was really good and the cost was200 bhat per person well worth it , overall this hotel needs to improve there wifi , and offer free shuttle service and you have a 5 star hotel , Enjoy

The first impression of this hotel is clean and the building looks new, also the pool is very nice. Breakfast is fine but I don’t like the voice of the staff when she asks me my room number (I was shocked for 1 seconds), her voice is too strong like I’m going to steal breakfast, yet it is included in my booking.

Found this hotel when browing trough some hotel booking websites. Many people recommended this hotel. We booked 5 rooms for 3D2N Turnout, it was indeed a very pleasant and comforting stay. The hotel may a little bit out of the city centre, but the services were very excellent. They were very helpful with our needs. Especially Ms. Pokkate, she is very resourceful and helpful. When I email them asking about what transportation to take from HuaHin airport. They even volunteered to pick us up from Hua Hin airport with no extra charge. Because we are large family they even had to use 1 van & 1 SUV. Arrange our transportation when we asked that we need a transportation to tour the area. The hotel is equipped with the modern yet eclectic and sophisticated things. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a very good design & well equipped. They even provide us with good amenities, good matress, a very good quality hair dryer and surprisingly a drying rack in the room to hang our laundry and towels. There is also a large day bed by the window. And the best part is they have COIN LAUNDRY machines. The laundry room located at the ground floor with many (about 8-10 units) new & high end LG washing machines. When I asked if there is a laundry service in the hotel, they informed us that they have even better Coin Laundry Machines for only from THB 20 for 1 time use. The breakfast was good with not so many but perfect & complete selections. Overall, it was very nice stay, value for money, excellent services. Very recommended.

Not very nice trust me, there was no service given at all

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was modern, spacious, well situated and overall wonderful. The staff at reception (as well as housekeeping and parking attendant) were super friendly and helpful. The room was more like a mini apartment with a nicely built and decorated bedroom, bathroom, living room and balcony. The price is also affordable. Everything in the mini bar including soft drinks, tea/coffee, cookies, nuts etc is free of charge. The pool is small but nice. It's not walking distance to the beach and market but that's easily solved with a rental bike or tuk tuk. We stayed there for two nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. The room was really spacious and included a great medium size fridge, kettle and cups, desk with a chair, balcony with a chair, drying rack, night stand, window-side seating area, closet for clothing, safe (lock box), tv (only Thai channels), hair dryer, robes, and slippers. Bed was comfortable and included 4 pillows. Bathroom had a great shower and supplied soap, body wash, and shampoo. WiFi in the room worked great. The hotel has a pool table in the lobby, a gym on the top floor, a swimming pool across the parking lot, and a nice laundry room (that’s a bit hidden through the lobby and out through the side). Location isn’t close to much. There are a few restaurants you can walk to, but I would recommend renting a scooter or getting a taxi if you need to go anywhere. It’s is about a 10-15 min drive without traffic in to town. 6 min by scooter to Sitjaopho Muay Thai training camp. 15 minute by scooter to Market Village. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us for the following reasons- 1. Excellent check in process. Even before we arrived, the service had been superb. The hotel organised a moped for us to hire for our stay at a decent price. 2. Super friendly and helpful staff at all times 3. Cannot fault the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel 4. Basic but fresh breakfast (fruit, juice, yoghurt, bread and toast, cereals, cakes plus hot food - when busy, this was a self serve buffet and when the hotel was quiet, you ordered your hot breakfast which was a basic egg and bacon) 5. Decent size pool with places to sit in the water to read and a couple of sun beds and small seating area around the outside 6. Perfectly adequate gym with treadmills, cross trainer, bike, free weights, benches, some machines 7. Opposite a lovely simple restaurant (the golden star) with good service and detailed menu of good portions and reasonable price! 8. Close (on a moped) to cheap Thai places to eat, drink, have massages and shop at Tesco / seven 11/ Family Mart. Restaurants and Thai markets on the outskirts much better value than in the centre of Hua Hin 9. Excellent room - we had a deluxe double which consisted of a sitting room with full sized fridge, large wardrobe area, seating area and a tv plus a bedroom with massive, comfortable king size bed, dressing table and another tv! Oh and a decent size bathroom with shower etc and daily toiletries 10. The soft drinks and tea/ coffee were free and replenished every day. The snacks in the room were also free and replaced every 2-3 days As I have said, this hotel was perfect for us- we used the moped to get in and out of town (15 mins on moped on a straight road) visit the beach, try different (Thai and better value) restaurants and go to the local water parks. HOWEVER, if you like to be able to walk to all the busy, happening bars and restaurants in the centre of Hua Hin, this isn’t the hotel for you as you will need transport. We recommend this hotel to people who like excellent service and a clean hotel, which is easily accessible to cheaper, better quality food with a better Thai experience than the tourist trappings of the centre of town!! A great find!! Thank you to all the staff

Very comfortable family room with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, large living area and a lovely balcony. The beds, linens, pillows and towels are all very good quality. Great cold, quiet working air con, new TV's (channels limited to Thai only), excellent WiFi. One negative was the hot-water while plenty hot would trip the breaker if you ran the shower more than 10 -15 minutes but was easily reset from the main. Breakfast was not buffet but order Western or Asian and it was all you can eat tasty and hot good coffee too Nice swimming pool. Good parking Absolutely family friendly This hotel is not a city center hotel and likely only suitable if you have a car but well worth it.
