Stayed for one night and it was just ok and comfortable bed. Check in was quick and check out was quick everything was paid online. Breakfast was ok, with both western and Asian dishes. Staff were ok, but only really talked during check in and check out and other times they seem busy doing their thing. It’s more a hotel aimed at conference and meetings instead of resort style for families. The hotel is quite new but the up keep is not the best. There was lot of hairs on the floor behind doors, bathroom floor and bathroom counter which was not the best feeling when you first walked into a room. The bathroom sink was also dirty and the bathroom exhaust has not been cleaned in a long time and full of dust. Tried to message to hotel through their line contact provided on the website prior to arrival, but no one even replied even one day after check out. The room provided was the special access room and would have been good to be informed of this at check in prior to finding this out when I walked into the room. The shower area was wide open and the floor got very wet which was not good and there was support bars very close to the toilet which was not the best. The pool closes at 7 PM which is a pity as it would have been nice to soak in the pool after a long day. Most hotel pools close at 10 PM and not sure why this one closes so early. If you just want a place to stay for a reasonable price and just for a good night sleep then this is ok but if you want to enjoy the stay with family and friends it may not be your best choice.…
My fiancee and I booked a room for two nights in the Starry Night Room in February. The room was clean and had a modern ring to it. At night with the lights off, the room simmered with stars decorating the walls and ceiling of the room, which was a nice touch for a romantic getaway. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel is situated next to a golf course and in a quieter location in Hua Hin, thus making it perfect for those who like green environments and serenity. The only thing I would have appreciated more is if we had been able to bring our dog with us, since we were not made aware that only certain designated rooms in the hotel were pet friendly and that one would have to book in advance via their Line App, Facebook messaging page or by calling their hotel directly. I personally still would recommend this for any couples out there looking for a quiet and relaxing time!…
The hotel and room was very clean and tidy. Swimming pool area was smaller than we expected. The staff was helpful and friendly, but all staff members were not speaking very much english. Breakfast could have been more variable.
hotel is distance to beach, opposite to the Rajapak Park. The place is huge, very spacious. friendly staff, new hotel, new rooms, quiet, clean, comfy beds, fully equipped in the room. The breakfast room was also spacious. Breakfast is very good. Would like the hotel to quickly plant trees to adjust the landscape around the hotel If completed, it will be considered as a beautiful hotel with a good atmosphere.
Very spacious. (The room is ok) but outside, they are many activities to do. Food is yummy! Pets can come as well. I like the concept of the hotel that it has the waste stabilization Pond. If have the chance to eat food there should eat food. It’s so yummy!
