Breakfast buffet services for my past 2 days here are lousy. Plates are not cleared and staked up to a pile after we left. Forks and spoons are not even laid out on the table for a hotel claimed to be 4 stars. I would rate it 1-2 star only. My mum's room smelled moldy. Plumbing for 2 rooms seriously...

Room is spacious and value for the price we paid bit for a hotel claim to be 4 stars, the room at least be reasonable well maintained . It was quite run down especially on the bath toom. Bed sheet may have not been changed as I was not able to sleep well like some insect is buying me.😖 Breakfast...

The reason why I chose this hotel because it was near to Marathon venue. Even though we need to take tuk tuk to get there. If you planning to shop and be near to city, this is not for you unless you driving here or rent a bike. It is quite expensive to take tuk tuk every time we want...

Nice cozy place to stay. The room is quite spacious, they did tried their best to deliver my special request and I wasn't disappointed. Buffet Breakfast was just nice not too much of choice but not too little either. Would recommend for a one night stay only.

Room was not clean. Stinky itchy bed sheet. Noisy neighboring shouting, knocking my door to search for their friends. Hotel parking is far from the room not easy to drag two luggages without any help from hotel staffs. All they did was just looking you to drag your own luggages to your room. Hope it's getting better some day.

Good to stay, nice hotel with thailand culture. Welcoming staff, have your own privacy by staying here. While you at thailand, must visit floating market and try their foods.. Easy to find halal foods in songkhla. Good for your first time bagpackers.

Had a standard room on 1st floor overlooking an ugly roof top. Bathroom especially the tub was in really bad condition (cracked and dirty) and need to be changed. Bed was comfy esp. if you like it firm. Music esp. bass could be heard from the pub below the whole night until closing hours. Had a loud speaker right in...

Let me start by saying that I work in FOH hospitality, so I know what I'm looking for from a hotel of this caliber. Check-In: quick, pain-free, concierge right on top of things from the second you walk in. Receptionists all very friendly and eager to assist. Staff's English-ability is patchy at best, but this didn't affect me (as I've...
