The hotel is located approximately 2km away from the heart of Hat Yai. It was ok for us as we travel to Hat Yai with our bicycle. The room is big and clean, though there are traces of the hotel's age. The spacious room allowed us to park 2 bicycles inside with still plenty of space to move around. Wifi... More

Overall it was a good experience except of some mishaps: - super slippery floor in the room; - wi-fi didn't work at all (only at reception/restaurant area). We simply couldn't connect to it; - door in the bathroom was making really loud noise every time you open/close it. Customer service was the major disappointment: I've asked for an extra pillow... I am a frequent traveler to Hat Yai and stop by there at least 6 times a year and I always choose to stay at the Hi Season Hotel because it is convenient for someone like me who has a car (easy parking) and to go in and out of the city. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are... More

Big room size with balcony. Welcome drink available, mineral water can be refilled by housekeeper. Staff very helpfull, but sometimes we meet staff can't speak English so it's one seriuos problem. Many tuk-tuk drivers gathered in lobby hotel, and 100 M from hotel you can get one halal food restaurant. You can order "taxi" or rent car from the front... More

Its very clean ,quiet and big room. Many tuk-tuk drivers gathered at lobby. Very easy to get transport. It costs about 20-30baht per person. But u can bargain if u are in groups. I was with my mum & sis and we bumped into a family of 4 from KL. So we decided to share the tuk-tuk fees for 3d2n.... More

Room was spacious. From hotel to town takes about 7-8 minutes by tuk-tuk. Cost around 20-30 baht per person. Average dim sum breakfast located nearby hotel. Hotel location was quiet as it is away from city/town.

The hotel is big and clean but far from the city center. The room does not come with kettle so, it's a disappointment. But there's a shop like 7-11 down so u can buy your hot water there. Overall this is just a basic hotel, just for u to sleep.

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. It is very clean, quiet and big room and near the clinic I plan to go. It will be much better if the hotel can provide kettle and disposable slipper. Downstair have a store like 7-11 and also food stalls to have coffee/tea, boiled egg, dim sum and other main dish.... More

The room was clean and pretty big but there was a problem with the air con which never got resolved. The service at the front desk was not very friendly and the wifi was sporadic. The location is not in the main area so you need to take a taxi or tuk tuk every time if you want to go... More
