Even though Hotel located on the nightlife zone but hotel's theme is suitable for family. Large room and more facilities but should improve bathtub and water heater system. Swimming pool was a paradise for children. Breakfast is okay in short staying. It's great value for money to staying here.

We were staying at this hotel in May 2016 for the Hatyai International Marathon. Although, I was given double bedroom instead of twin bedroom as stated in my booking request. However, the matter was resolved instantly. Thanks to the staff on duty. I love the room which is spacious and clean. The WiFi is great. The breakfast is yummy. Overall...

Nice hotel, breakfast okay. Only problem in Hatyai is all the violence in this southern region, cannot recommend Western people to go out after dark, you never know what will happen - other than that - if you look adventure - go for it, I am just getting too old

I stayed here for 2 nights during my business trip. The hotel room had plenty of space. The hotel staffs were very helpful in getting the direction and places around the hotel. The breakfast was okay with variety of Thai choices and a dumpling corner. However, I found some leftover food from the previous guests near my bed. The hotel...

Hatyai Paradise Hotel & Resort - this is a large facility that is going down in quality rather quickly. Our room featured no internet, no hot water, and the pool featured about 25 kids taking swimming lessons. To top it off, they wouldn't let me in the pool (which is why we booked there) because my surf board shorts weren't...

The location is a few kilometers south of the city, towards the airport, so there is not so much to do in walking distance, but the resort has very nice gardens and a nice swimming pool. Good for families. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The wifi was not strong. The breakfast is not great...

The hotel was a bit dated. Rooms are spacious but not really clean. There is no hot water supply at peak hours and the breakfast was horrible! Though the location is a bit far from the city centre but transport is not an issue as there are tuk-tuk right in front of the hotel.
