We stayed 2 nights at this hotel after a wrong booking made at the Golden Crown Hotel Hatyai. I only realised about the mistake 3 days prior to my stay and luckily I was able to cancel the booking without penalty at the latter. Anyway, these are my thoughts about this hotel which was formerly Golden Crown Plaza and now...

Very basic budget hotel with acceptable clean room, they don provide sandals in the room, the breakfast had limited choices of food. Location not bad with the local market & shopping malls nearby & quite a lot of restaurants to choose from.

Room and furnitures are quite old, marks and patches can be found on the walls. Carpet was really old and rough. However it was good enough for a 3-Star Hotel and I had quite a pleasant stay here. Air-conditioning and wifi are very responsive, water pressure and temperature of the showers was strong and responsive as well. Massage services are...

This hotel is quite rundown and only provided with very basic amenities, no coffee/tea sachets, toothbrush & toothpaste (basically only towel being provided). The room is smelly and the carpet is very old and dirty. The bathroom/toilet is dirty with a lot of black stain around the wall & floor. There is no extra power socket in the room, when...

Room was basic and clean, with a very basic Asian style buffet breakfast. The location is great, and I didn't care for the fact that they kept my passport for security, and if I needed it for banking I had to pay a 1000 baht deposit to get it back during my stay.

The location of this hotel is the only plus point:from the main entrance, towards your left, there are Odeon Supermarket, Central Mall and Lee Garden Plaza and plenty of street vendors (within 1 km); towards your right, there is morning market, full of cheap and tasty local delicacies ( about 500m); and Robinson Mall, is about 800m away. If your...
